I've been using MyProtein Whey Protein for over a year and have always been satisfied with the quality. However, I'm disappointed with my recent order. The powder seems different, and after mixing it with water, the texture isn't as smooth or consistent as it used to be.

Customer service actively ignores consumer rights
Extremely disappointing customer service that actively ignores statutory consumer rights.
My package was marked as delivered on July 8th, but neither I nor any of my neighbors received anything. As requested by customer support, I completed and submitted a signed Denial of Receipt (DOR) declaration.
Despite having fulfilled all procedural requirements, Myprotein refuses to issue a replacement or refund, repeatedly sending automated copy-paste template replies stating that an "internal investigation with PostNL is ongoing."
Under Dutch Civil Code (Art. 7:11 BW) and EU consumer protection law, the legal risk of transport remains strictly with the seller until the goods are physically handed over to the consumer. An internal carrier review is a matter between Myprotein and PostNL—it does not legally allow the seller to hold customer funds hostage indefinitely.
My explicit deadline has passed without a resolution. I have now been forced to initiate a formal credit card chargeback for non-delivery and escalate this matter to ACM ConsuWijzer.

Sent wrong items and forcing ME to handle the return shipping! Unacceptable customer service.
I ordered protein from Myprotein, but they sent me completely wrong items.
When I contacted customer support regarding their mistake, instead of taking responsibility and arranging a proper pick-up or immediate replacement, they told me to arrange and ship the return package myself.
Why should I waste my time and effort fixing a mistake made entirely by Myprotein? Their logistics are terrible, and their customer resolution process is even worse. Absolutely terrible service. I will not be buying from here again.
