I've been stuck here all day, just waiting for a delivery. And honestly, reading all these bad reviews, it seems like I've hit every single problem they mention. No package, no updates, no one to even talk to at customer service—just a bunch of incompetent folks. You just can't count on them. I'd take DHL or DPD any time over these guys.

Got my Tom Ford parfum for 110 euro discounted from 177 euro. Got Strivectin 118ml for a great price too. Shipped promptly and kept updated on tracking and ETA. Have use the site a few times some. Will definitely be using again. Highly recommend.

SkinnyJab has been incredible from start to finish — the support from Caroline and the team is genuinely next‑level. They make you feel guided, understood, and encouraged at every stage of the weight‑loss journey. The service is fast, personal, and so reassuring, and I’ve never felt more confident or cared for. I honestly love this site and the way they go above and beyond for their clients. I’ve tried a couple of other providers, but none of them come close to the level of care Caroline and the SkinnyJab team offer.

I’ve used Postal Pickup numerous times to have items that don’t deliver to the Republic shipped to them and then forwarded to me in Dublin. Their service, responsiveness, support, and delivery speed are second to none.
For €20, I can have a parcel delivered to Postal Pickup and then sent via DPD by them, straight to my door in Dublin. Updates are instant — I see the confirmation of delivery to them in my inbox, followed sometimes only minutes later with a confirmation from Postal Pickup that they have my parcel. This is then shortly followed by Postal Pickup providing me with the DPD tracking details for delivery to Dublin.
They also pick up the phone and reply to emails, if you need to speak to someone, sometimes instantly. An excellent service that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have UK-only items forwarded to the Republic. I’m delighted I found Postal Pickup

I accidentally entered the wrong Eircode on a parcel containing medication that required refrigeration. When I realised the mistake around 3pm, I was extremely stressed, as the medication was expensive and needed to be kept cold. I live in Sandymount, Dublin 4, and it was too late for the driver to return.

When I called your customer service line, Sinead was incredibly helpful. She contacted Ailbhe in the Greenhills depot, who then reached out to the driver, Marlon. I offered to travel to the depot, and Marlon confirmed he would be back around 4:30–5pm and would bring the parcel with him.

Sinead and Ailbhe coordinated everything with Marlon and kept me updated. When I arrived at the depot, Ailbhe came out to my car within minutes and handed me the parcel. After the stress of worrying about the refrigeration, I was genuinely relieved and grateful.
