In March of this year
In March of this year, I purchased a total of six perfumes from your website. I bought them as gifts to take to my loved ones while I was on vacation, so I didn’t test them or even open the boxes before giving them away.
When some of my friends opened and tried the perfumes, they immediately told me that they had almost no scent at all. I then contacted the other people who had received the perfumes, and they all gave me the same feedback.
Until I took them with me, the perfumes were stored in a dark cupboard away from direct light, so they were kept under proper conditions.
After this experience, I have completely lost my trust in your products. I will never, ever shop from this website again.

We would like to assure you that we sell only genuine perfumes. All our products are sourced from official brands and authorised suppliers. A perfume that has been exposed to temperature fluctuations during transit may, in some cases, perform differently for a short period. It may help to store the perfume in a cool, dark place for a few days to weeks, so that the contents can stabilise again. We therefore always advise you to wait at least 1 week to 14 days before using the product.
Furthermore, we do not see that you contacted our customer service team regarding this matter before posting this review. Should you have a complaint or encounter a problem, we would appreciate receiving a clear description of the issue, photographs of the item and the batch code. With this information, we can assess the situation, make enquiries with the supplier where necessary, or work with you to find a suitable solution.

Lost package
This was my first order from Hungary from Deloox. The ordering process, payment, confirmation and sending of the package, as well as the tracking were all completely fine.
Unfortunately, my prepaid package was "lost" in the courier company's depot (Foxpost), so I didn't receive it, but that's not Deloox's fault. :(
