A part I sent was lost by DPD and their…
A part I sent was lost by DPD and their partner delivery company. It cost in excess of €1500 to replace it and DPD offered me €50. I refused the €50 obviously and requested that my original part be located and returned. I have heard nothing since and I’m totally disgusted with the way the whole thing was handled. Left me for months with no part and no response. Absolutely disgraceful.

Floor staff in Navan are lovely! Very helpful! The manager is a rude chap and speaks to the staff in a horrible manner in front of customers! It’s not a good look!
