I love using Smallpdf - it's intuitive and easy to use, and very versatile. It's also fast and extremely convenient. I only use the free version which means I can't do any high volumes, but would definitely pick the paid version if I need to use it more often.

Terrible waiting times and ineffective customer service. For the past week I have been trying to contact Virgin using their Online Chat - as they don't have email or phones. It is advertised as having an average response time of 5-10 mins. I have never logged on and had to wait less than 45 mins. They suggest you try WhatsApp however this went unread and unanswered for at least 5 days (still waiting for a response).

All I want to do (within my cooling off period) is reduce my package, but there are no options to do this online within your account. The whole issue would be resolved if I could just select the bits that I want to remove from my package, and the bits that I want to add. Or if they had the same bundles available that are available to new customers (albeit I understand they would be at a slightly higher price).

Have always been really impressed with Ionos and always recommend to my customers. Until now! One customer had an email saying that their Virtual Server Cloud was being discontinued - which is acceptable, however, are not offering any support in order to migrate onto the alternative server. The customer is not technical, they have no idea how to transfer their website and emails to a new server, or even which one to chose. To not offer a migration service is a joke.

Absolute disaster. Ordered food for a party 10 days ago, to pick up tomorrow, for the party tomorrow. Get an email today to tell me the order has been cancelled and now I have no food for all my guests and no time to prepare any food or make alternative arrangements. Left me too late notice to get another caterer.

Love it, the recipes are delicious and so far no errors or missing items, which is why I stopped using another food delivery service.

This is a pretty good, low cost alternative to an accounts package like Xero. I use it as a sole trader to create invoices, reconcile my bank accounts, track bills and receipts, and then collate all my info for my self assessment tax return. Easy-ish to use, not all-singing-all-dancing i.e. you have to create your own bank import files, but then you aren't paying for that level of integration.

I really hate being asked to download the app EVERY time I open an email notification. If I wanted the app I'd have downloaded it by now...

Previously I've found Worldpay faceless and too big to care for each customer. But now we have a really helpful new relationship manager - Peter Mather - who, within a week, reviewed our costs for our virtual payment terminal and was able to bring them down considerably. Not only that but backdated the new costs slightly instead of us having to wait until next month to benefit.
