Mr Rickie Meade arrived on time (phoning me the day before to give me an estimated time of arrival) he is polite personable and very helpful.He found the problem and corrected the fault quickly, he even spoke to lovelies for me to check with them (to make sure they were getting the-signal they were looking for) he explained what he had done without treating me like a idiot! (Over 76 & a woman) many treat us like fools!

Being disabled and a pensioner I found it a harrowing experience, no one told me that after spending so much money I would have to unpack and assemble it on my own! Bring back the good old days! When furniture was delivered fully assembled and ready to go.
