The sales person, Muhammad Bah was excellent, if I was in any doubt about going ahead with solar, Muhammad explained everything in a professional and friendly way.
The regular calls for updates or to check on progress were also very reassuring.
The installation engineers were great, arrived well on time, were friendly and polite and got on with job which was done within 4 hours.

The 2 men arrived to install our solar panels as advised if time. They worked efficiently & cleared all rubbish before leaving us. They were very polite & very informative after installation about the app etc. I've never had any workmen shake my hand & introducing themselves on arrival & after finishing the job. I would Highley recommend Project Solar. If you're looking for a quote & would say look no further. It's a no brainer, but we were not made to feel compelled by the rep & after listening to everything about solar panels we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Nyron did an absolutely brilliant job installing my EV charger. He was professional, friendly and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was fitted perfectly, the installation was neat and tidy, and he made sure the job was completed to a very high standard. Couldn’t be happier with the result. A real credit to the company. Paul and Jordan were fantastic! Came first thing and were right to work getting my solar panels installed. They explained the process and we discussed what needed to go where and how best to get it done. They cracked on throughout the day as it was a big job, but were still fairly early. Would recommend!

A very friendly Installation team (Danny / Lewis) who were very professional and completed the instal with no issues / minimal disruption. All work carried out appears to be of an excellent standard of workmanship. They provided a thorough explanation on the instal and of the app. Overall we are very happy with the experience to date.

Great company, thorough survey and explanation of system before we booked. Installation team were friendly, polite and very efficient. Not the cheapest but worth the service and product.

The fitters were great, the scaffolding co not so good .

Paul and Jordan was absolutely great they both went above and beyond to install the equipment where I wanted it placed, nothing to much trouble. They both were knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing and filled me with more information than I could proses in a day but left me feeling happy I knew what I was doing. If it wasn’t for the equipment fitted you wouldn’t know they had been, very tidy workers would recommend having work done if Paul and Jordans workmanship is carried out throughout the company 100% recommend project solar the first interaction with the surveyor and then the fitters has left me with no hesitation doing so.

Can't believe the speed and efficiency on the installation day, particularly of "Tom the electrics". Good 7.30am arrival and all completed and running by 1.30pm! The team worked well together, so many thanks to you all.

The 2 men who fitted the panels were friendly, introducing themselves as soon as we met and respectful of my property. They left everything clean and tidy, taking all the rubbish away.

The various contractors ( scaffolders, electrician and roofer)all arrived when we were told they would, introduced themselves, told us what they were going to do and they just cracked on without a fuss. We can't believe how quickly everything was installed and with so little fuss and no mess

A project Solar team came today and fitted solar panels and batteries. Dan, Dale and Harrison were fabulous; everything I could want. They were punctual, efficient and professional while also being friendly and easy to talk to. They discussed everything with me, were mindful of my property, left everything clean and tidy and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

Very efficient and quick to set up. There were, however, a lot of phone calls checking how the experience was going. Appreciated that my experience was important but was difficult to engage when trying to work

I have had the maintenance team out to repair my Solar panel installation, which was leaking and causing extensive damp to my end wall . They immediately saw the problem.
Wade Alexander and Cody Bate were the gentlemen who came. I was very stressed about the issue, they were kind, reassuring, very efficient and obviously very knowledgable. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Great experience with this company, from the salesman who came out and sorted it all out for us, the scaffolders and the instillation team.
All very professional, polite and punctual.
Everything was explained very well.
The price was around what we expected.
Only had it fitted today but looking very efficient already..

From the initial consultation with Ray through to the fitting and commissioning of the system has taken just 10 days; very impressive.
Throughout the process we have been kept fully informed and the few queries we had have been answered immediately. The team who came to fit the panels and all the electrics were very efficient and obliging and the whole process was completed in 5 hours. All in all a professional and pleasant experience from start to finish.

Very comprehensive documentation prior to installation. Contacts easy to talk to on the phone and all of my questions were answered. Installation completed efficiently despite the electrician having to travel and work with atrocious weather. The roofer had to postpone due to the storm. Final job is neat and I have been proud to show it off to neighbours. Very pleased with the external route the roofer took with the cables.

Excellent installation carried out by Paul & Jordan. Friendly personable staff for a great company.
