I've always had quite good experience with Hobbii.

Most of the products I have received are great quality. Only the odd thing hasn't been quite as I hoped.

Items are always welcome packaged.

Gemporia is generally
great with customer service. Items packaged well and sent out promptly.

This time, because my order value was higher than usual, they also called to check that it was genuine, which I appreciate.

The items weren't exactly as I had hoped so I have had to return them (£13 recorded cost) but receipt has been acknowledged and I will await processing.

As per previous review. The simplicity and convenience of the locker service works well for me.

RD had the items I wanted, at a quality level I wanted. The pricing aligned with the product quality too.

I purchased a dual controller heated under blanket a few years ago and loved it. It was a great item and would still be if we could get replacement controllers.

One failed after around a year and a half - my husband tried to get an OEM replacement but couldn't. He found a second hand one on an auction website.

The other controller failed this year (3+ or so years). I also tried to get an OEM replacement by enquiring with Beurer.

The response took a while and was polite, etc, but there is no resolution as Beurer don't provide/sell replacement controllers. They did ask for my receipt to see if the item was still under warranty but I can't locate it.

As the item is effectively useless, I will be replacing it with a brand for which I can get replacement controllers/after care.

I have found that I can rely on Hobbii for great service and the quality and range of yarns.

I will generally look to see if Hobbii has what I need available (and on offer) before looking at other suppliers.

The offers/discounts and patterns and accessories are really good too.

I enjoy browsing in the shop and would like to buy lots of things. Excellent range and well displayed.

On the day, the payment queue grew and service took a while as one till and staff member were preoccupied, leaving only one till available. However, once you reached them, the cashier apologised and thanked customers for waiting and processed the payment as quickly/professionally as possible.

I will return as I really like ProCook products.

These applications are always nerve wracking but this was really quick and easy.

I also purchased two farewell/leaving cards which arrived with me on Monday. These were each sent separately and were nicely produced and well packaged.

The options, service and quality were great. You do pay a bit more but it was worth it to get the card to my friend on her birthday. I would definitely use again.

Overall, a good experience. Although there is a cost (with Groupon discount) this service has provided reassurance/focus when it was difficult to get GP appointments, I haven't used the follow on services as yet but it is good to know what is available.
