The product is as expected, delivery was as promised so why do you keep hounding me for a review of components that cost pennies. I've had enough of filling these in just to keep suppliers quiet.

No problems with the flight or staff…
No problems with the flight or staff until the return to Stansted Airport when half of our parties oversize luggage was lost. ! member of our party queried Jet 2 staff who went to find information. 15 minutes later I spotted 2 other Jet 2 staff speaking to a baggage handling superviser and was told by the standsted handler that the bags (6 oversize ones with approx £60k of cycles in them) had been unloaded 30 minutes ago and were standing in the hall unattended. The baggage handler apologised and the 2 young Jet 2 attendants did not have a clue what was going on. Almost an hour waisted at 11,00pm!!

From looking into this I can see your order was being fulfilled directly by our supplier. We were initially advised of a 2 week lead-time which was passed onto yourself, but sadly the delay extended further than this.
I cannot apologise enough that you were not actively kept up to date with this. We should have been more proactive to chase this and keep you informed. I can see my colleague has contacted you to advise your order is out for delivery today, so I hope this is received soon.
