The Item was delivered promptly as it became available to them. The only caveat to not making it5 starts was that I was not made aware that the item was going to take about a week for Slane to have it available. Otherwise all else was great

The personal service I received when discussing ordering a cycling top from Slane Cycles was outstanding. They even called me back later to offer an alternative cycling top when my original choice wasn't available in my size. When I finally ordered the cycling top it was late on a Friday afternoon and was being delivered to North Wales. I didn't expect the package to be delivered until the following week as it was a free delivery. However, when tracking the package, I realised Slane Cycles had sent it for 24 hour delivery. I was delighted to receive the cycling top on the Sunday. Diolch Slane Cycles!

Good value, quality products delivered quickly, however the bit I really liked was the fact, that the brake pads I’d ordered came in their own boxes, but packaged in what was obviously a used box for something Slane had in and they had
re-used this box to package my items, far better and less wasteful than the Amazon little box in a massive box situation, well done Slane cycles’s.

The fella I spoke to didnt have the answer i was needing so rather than bullshitting or keeping me on phone, said hed find out and phone me back in 5 minutes and he did. Still without the answer but said he needed more time to be sure.

They went to warehouse, got their hands on the part i was needing and then phoned me back with a positive response. At no point did i lose trust or think i was being messed about, which nowadays is a rare thing. They shipped the part within a few minutes on a next day service and it actually arrived next day. Absolutely first class.

If not for this old stock part, my bike would have had to be scrapped.

My order was placed & promptly despatched to Australia and received as expected in the subsequent weeks. Thanks.
