My wife and I are on a multi-month bicycle ride on our Bromptons. After close to 1400 miles our bikes needed some maintenence and mine had a near critical failure. We contacted Condor Cycles and explained our situation. Jaz and the rest of the team were more than helpful. He made immediate arrangements to service our bicycles and make necessary repairs. Not only are we grateful for their professional service, but also for their kindness and accommodation of our time schedule.

I also note that it is one of the best cycle shops I have seen for gear for the bike. They had items in stock that I have only been able to find on the internet.

I recently needed my Brompton electric looked at due to intermittent fault, the mechanic and shop staff were fantastic, he checked it all over and found no specific fault. But after they did the work there was no charge due to the bike being under warranty. I am so happy with the service I received that I have decided I will only be bringing my Brompton to these guys for my services from now on.

My bicycle is now running good again without the fault.

My original experience was frustrating. My order never arrived, tracking stopped moving on October 9th, and I spent weeks trying to get a resolution through customer service.

After leaving my review, Sebastian Young, the managing director, contacted me personally. He acknowledged the poor handling of the situation, apologized, and arranged a full refund, which I have now received.

I appreciate Sebastian taking the time to personally intervene and make things right. While the original experience fell short, I do give Condor credit for ultimately resolving the issue.

I'd still like to see better communication and more proactive handling of shipping problems, but I appreciate the effort made to put things right.
