Very helpful website. I was searching for a new mech hanger, which can be tricky with so many variations. Pedalon site had a handy look up by bike make and model.
Mech hanger was a good price and delivery quick even with more budget friendly option chosen.
Mech hanger fitted and gears are back working perfectly.

I had an excellent experience with customer service
I had an excellent experience with Pedal On from start to finish. My original bike order arrived quickly, and communication throughout was clear and helpful.
Unfortunately, the bike arrived with a manufacturing fault on the frame, but I couldn’t fault the way this was handled. Communication between myself and Paul was prompt and professional and the issue was resolved quickly. The bike was returned and a replacement dispatched within days, which was very reassuring.
The replacement bike has now arrived and is perfect, exactly as expected. The customer service throughout the entire process from ordering, through fault resolution, to replacement was nothing short of outstanding.
I’m absolutely delighted with my new bike and with Pedal On as a retailer. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My latest bike was on C2W. Pedalon has an efficient method to reserve the bike, providing you with time to obtain your voucher. Great communication throughout with a flexible and a customer focused approached. Definitely recommend.
