Terrible I'm disabled and they say they delivered my £30 parcel to me. They didn't and they are legally responsible to ensure I get my parcel. They don't care. I just want to be reimbursed then I can use any other company but them.

After a nightmare with the ‘other’ online pharmacy, and various retail pharmacies such as Tesco, all telling me they couldn’t get hold of the strength medication I needed, I nearly gave up. I was loosing the will to live with them not offering up any other options or solutions, when Chemist4U not only supplied my medication, but they answered the phone swiftly, and I spoke to a very helpful and patient lady called Jan. Thank you for standing out from the crowd and looking out for those who need it, when most other organisations just don’t seem to care anymore.

Ordering on line was easy and the item was despatched quickly after approval of the pharmacist.
It arrived well packed and kept cool with ice bandages the next day.

⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Prescription Delivery Service – Unacceptable Delay

I am extremely disappointed with Chemist4U’s prescription service.

My medication order (Order No. 1009355478) was placed on Friday, 30 October 2026. Today is Wednesday, 4 November 2026, and I still have not received my medication.

Even more frustratingly, the Chemist4U app continues to show “Order in progress”, with no confirmation of dispatch, delivery date or meaningful update.

Medication is not an ordinary online purchase. Patients depend on receiving their prescriptions promptly, and delays can seriously affect their health and wellbeing.

It is unacceptable that, after five calendar days, my prescription still appears not to have been dispatched.

Chemist4U needs to improve its prescription processing, communication and delivery service. Patients should not be left waiting without clear information about when their essential medication will arrive.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Chemist4U for reliable prescription delivery.

Website easy to reorder and quick delivery always

My order was delivered by Royal Mail and left in my bin with a picture from Royal Mail clearly with this and it wasn’t honoured poor service
Who looks in a bin for parcels and what idiot leaves a parcle in a bin and unfortunately it went with bin man but they didn’t honour and re send out the product

Ok , but I’m disappointed with the service as I messaged on the 26 October with a query regarding my order and no one ever got back to me , it does say support is provided before you order but I feel I’m not supported

Absolutely appalling. Order wasn't shipped, it turned out to be on hold. I received no communication from them and no intention to solve the error once contacted. Terrible service on chat. Couldn't be more frustrated.
