Terrible delivery company had 2 parcels go missing since December into Jan and no clear help from customer support, parcels are never delivered in their allotted time slot or delivered to incorrect address

Following the installation we were shown the speed was 520 and advised it wouldn’t go below 400 however the booster doesn’t work only 2 green lights on and tried reset and moved booster etc as per guidance but still not working
When we rechecked the download speed it was showing as 30!!!! I have taken a photograph to show this not the guaranteed 400 advised. The engineer was lovely but not happy with the fibre jnternet
