You already have my house insurance profile saved from previous years so it was just a tweak for extra coverage.

The medication arrived quickly and eta was met. Parcel left where specified.
Only 4 stars given as two of the meds specify ‘not to be stored over 25degrees’ and of course these were posted, processed and delivered over several days when the temperature was above 25. Previous deliveries have had some cooling/ insulation in the packaging.

The product looks good value for money. As a 1st time buyer, I found the ordering process cumbersome. In addition I feel tricked into paying extra money for I don’t know what.
At the end of the Woucher purchase I do not know what the additional £14.98 I was asked to pay was for- I thought it was for delivery as I saw that the cost was up to £24.99. I was then offered the chance to redeem the voucher, which showed the product. Having clicked the option I find I still had to redeem the voucher and then pay a further £24.99 for p&p. So all in all I’m disappointed with the sale process and feel cheated out of £15.00. Lets hope the product is OK.

It’s good to know that Woucher read and take action on the above. They have refunded the £14.98- Much appreciated.

Firstly the product arrived in my mailbox almost immediately after placing the order- great. The price was very competitive.
Secondly, there were some problems ( not product) installing them on my pc. My request for support was answered very quickly with a possible resolution. A second request placed out of hours was equally responded to quickly allowing me to complete the installation/upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Professional.

As an ex Service Manager I would rate this company 5*+

Looking for car insurance and Moneysupermarket came up with a good company and better price thsn last year

Ordered 2T shirts on Sunday evening, delivered home by Tuesday lunchtime. Great service. I had already purchased 2 more of these the previous day at a local store but they had no more in the colour I wanted. Hence the order. Good product for covering up in warmer climates.

The switch to a fixed tariff was simple.

Easy to order, fair price, delivered ahead of scheduled time. I’ve not used Ebyer for many years now, however My old trust in quality products and service is still as good as it ever was…. In fact better. I’ll be back 😁

Product arrived in a week as expected. Only disappointment was that I wanted the dual pack of this product which was out of stock. I was not prepared to pay for 2 single items and had no time to wait for it to come back in stock as I was going on holiday.

Easy to use, results very very quickly.

With the ‘use your own’ test it would be nice to have had the instructions before entering the ‘submit your results’ site. i.e. how to get the passport, test tile and packet.

I regularly visit the Yeovil branch of Blacks and often phone beforehand to check stock availability. My experience is one of complete satisfaction with the assistance that is given and the willingness to 'go the extra mile'. This last visit is no exception, and I would congratulate both Kelly and Dan for their customer service.

The ordering process was easy enough, however I did get a little worried when I did not receive any confirmation mail. Found it in ‘spam’ a few days later. No further updates and indeed the parcel arrived within the stated delivery time. Happy with the price of the product.

Had a bit of a problem with the website but very good and timely response for help on a public holiday

Order arrived quickly within expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at the good fit (small) as I’m on the short side. Leg length I would say requires a stirrup to stop them from riding up when cycling. Seat padding adequate for short distance riding which is what they are stated as being used for.

All went to plan: Delivery notification, delivered on time, courteous driver-What more can you ask 😀

Don’t go there. Not worth the hassle. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Pay more Somewhere else and get better service.
The only positive is that my item was delivered the following day from ordering even though I chose a longer delivery option.
Downhill from there on-The wrong version of my order was sent. It took over a week despite sending photos of barcodes to them to prove that the wrong item was despatched before the returns process was accepted. A further 3 weeks to get a refund which was missing the P&P cost. A further 2 weeks to get the latter which is still in progress.5 weeks in total - Constant chasing throughout.

Somewhat dissapointed that the car we ordered well in advance was not available as thd larger upgrade car was not what we wanted really. Anyway a nice gesture to give us one day free of charge.
The car was not clean on the outside but no big deal about that but the inside of the windscreen was filthy which was not good in the sunlight.

Part 1. Online Booking: whilst trying to book the flights, there was absolutely no indication that checked in baggage was not included. I could have had a nasty £ shock on arrival at departures. Fortunately, your online assistance clarified this.

Part 2. Online/Telephone assistance: Very good to a point but I fail to see why a simple question about baggage allowance and costs needs to be clarified with a supervisor? Also found I was being rushed/pushed into a decision before understanding the whole package.
