Very happy with the Company + product - only sting in the tail was €10 Customs Charge from Irish Revenue before An Post would deliver product to Ireland.

Ordered pair of Asics runners from Asics website / due to be delivered to Ireland March 26th 2024. Eventually delivered over a week late April 3rd by UPS - package thrown inside gate and soaked through. Package only spotted by chance day after delivery / received no notification whatsoever of package having been delivered. Took multiple phone calls to even get to that stage - was told that delivery had been attempted twice previously but nobody home. Checked CCTV camera directly on gates - surprise surprise no sign of any UPS van attempting delivery on either occasion. Posted this review on Asics website / review was "moderated" i.e deleted - absolutely no surprise there. Appalling customer service / will never order from Asics again AVOID!!

Bought a couch + single seat recliner from Manoel. Very efficient + pleasant to deal with - positive experience overall.

Had a problem with an order July 2023 / Company shipped 15 sheets of ivory card to me instead of the 15 A4 envelopes I required. When I tried to return same / put the cost of the order against a new order, was told that I would have to pay full cost of postage for returning the unwanted product - which basically would have been the cost of my order. Customer Service were of zero assistance. Save yourself the hassle + avoid this Company. Also they have no affiliation with Ireland despite the Envelopes Ireland misnomer / were looking for me to return the product to Spain.

I ordered 10 boxes of 1 Day Acuvue Trueye contacts at Power +2.25. Lenses arrived without problem as always and all was well until I put in the first lens and couldn't see anything. Long story short, dummy here had ordered Power +2.25 instead of -2.25 - which would explain why I couldn't see anything. Initially thought the lenses were defective - Vision Direct's very helpful Customer Service Advisor Civir eventually figured out my error. Despite having opened several boxes, all I had to do was package up the incorrect lenses and post them back to Vision Direct before e-mailing proof of postage. So literally a couple of hours after diagnosing my embarrassing mistake, Vision Direct had created a new order for 10 boxes of the correct -2.25 prescription lenses and were shipping same to me with no charge. Now that's what I call customer service !!
