The service provided is exemplary, with prompt delivery and a subscription that is straightforward to manage. The dogs have shown a marked appreciation for the food and are evidently in excellent condition.

I order 3 side panels for a Gazebo (in addition to The gazebo and a door)
Order states 3 sides ordered. Delivery arrived with 1 side panel and 1 door.
Delivery note clearly states 1 side panel in package.
Rang customer care to ask about missing panels, they sent me a form to say this is a dispute! They will consider refunding! If I want the panels I have to reorder and occur post charges!
Then ring them for a refund. I was on the call 21 mins today!
Don’t bother with this company!

Went for another mug as we had purchased one a few weeks ago. Spotted another mug which looked larger and we wanted large for our coffee machine. Asked assistant volume of cups was told the new one was much larger so purchased 4, even though I much preferred the original mug. Got home and measured volumes and they were exactly the same. Greatly disappointed I hadn’t got the one I liked! Wrong information given in store.
