Easy to order, great products and very friendly helpful staff when I phoned with a question.

I had a problem with a suede bean bag I purchased in May. Phoned the company and spoke to a really helpful man called David. Within minutes he had sorted the problem for me. Amazing customer service and I got to speak to a proper human after just one click to put me through to the correct department. Wish all companies were like this! Well done extreme lounging and thank you.

Fantastic range of cards and so many that just make me giggle! Site easy to navigate, great choice, fast service. Have just done an order for a friend who doesn't have a laptop, she loved the cards I sent her. Delivered to her and free post, couldn't ask for more really and I tell loads of people about the site :)

I often have bird food delivered from Croston Corn Mill and these parcels are very heavy. It is usually the same driver who delivers these parcels and he is always so friendly and helpful, has a smile on his face and seems to enjoy his job. Even during these very difficult times with both of us following social distancing rules he still lifted my parcel up the step and into the house to make it easier for me to unpack. Great product that really does pick up an amazing amount of bits! Nice and light to push and the multi is just brilliant for the stairs, makes the job so much easier. I would certainly recommend this product.
