I’ve been a customer for many years and, overall, they are genuinely an excellent insurer. My experience with them has been consistently positive, which is why this review is only about one recent issue that was a little frustrating — and the reason for deducting a single star.

As part of a birthday promotion, I received a voucher for a free coffee in the form of a QR code. The email included an option to download the voucher as an image, which I did. The downloaded image clearly stated: “Valid until 14th of April”.

In the first week of April, I tried to redeem it, but it was declined at the till. The assistant asked to see the original email, and only then did I notice a small-print note saying that the voucher was actually valid only until March 31st. Unsurprisingly, the system rejected it.

It’s hardly a major problem — more of a minor annoyance than anything else — but having two different expiry dates on the same voucher setup is unnecessarily confusing and could definitely be handled better.

I am by no means a blinds expert, and choosing the right size and type for your windows is not exactly the simplest task in the world. That said, their website does an impressively good job of making the process as idiot-proof as possible.

Unfortunately, I still managed to order the wrong size the first time around — which only proves the old theory that while programmers keep trying to build better idiot-proof systems, the Universe keeps building better idiots, and the Universe is winning the race.

That particular issue existed entirely between the keyboard and the chair, though. The company itself was excellent. I was genuinely impressed both by the quality of the blinds and by how easy the ordering and installation was. Their online video guide deserves special mention here — clear, simple, and genuinely helpful.

Very well done overall. I will definitely buy from them again.

I've tried at least four other VPS providers over the years, and Hetzner comes out on top in every area: reliability, pricing, support quality, product range, and geographical coverage. Their service is rock-solid, the pricing is unbeatable (no long-term contracts!), and the overall experience has been consistently excellent. Highly recommended.

The laptop arrived well in advance of the scheduled date. Perfect condition. The only (minor) issue was incorrect tax information on the attached invoice.

Recently, one of our HomeSecure sensors began triggering false alarms. Their staff responded quickly, temporarily deactivating the faulty sensor to prevent further issues. Over the phone, they gave clear and helpful advice on how to adjust the sensor ourselves to get it working properly again, with the option to replace it if the adjustment didn’t resolve the issue. The entire process was handled in a friendly and professional manner, and we had the problem fully resolved within less than 24 hours. It was a smooth and reassuring experience overall.

My experience was generally positive. The product description was spot on, they kept me updated on the progress of my order, and promptly answered all my questions. I appreciated their local presence, as it made customer support easily accessible. The payment process was simple and hassle-free, as was the delivery. The Android app, though simple, is a nice touch and works very well.

The only minor issue was that the original delivery timeline was off by a over a week. This was because the PC I ordered wasn't fully assembled before payment, and it took them a while to gather some of the components. This didn't affect me as I wasn't in a hurry, but it could be an issue for others. Because of this delay, I feel the score should be 4.75 stars rather than 5.

Other than that, I highly recommend Maas Computers.

The receptionist was very friendly, and the site was impeccably clean and well-organized.

The dentist was professional and did an amazing job, explaining all the steps thoroughly and suggesting the next actions.

Rebecca from Customer Support team was super friendly, professional, and helpful, and was able to resolve my billing issue in no time, which deserves kudos. However, the broadband service itself falls significantly short of advertised speeds. Despite a promised 110/20 Mbps, I typically experience only 30/5 Mbps on a good day and around 20/4 Mbps on an average day. Occasionally, it drops as low as 5/1 Mbps. This is particularly frustrating as I work from home, and such low speeds are inadequate for my needs.

Furniture delivered on time by Richie and Barry. Assembled in less than 10 minutes. Clean, friendly, professional. Well done!

While the service levels of individual restaurants may vary, JustEat consistently delivers a great experience. Their web UI is simple and logical, and their Android app is equally user-friendly. They do charge a small fee on top of the restaurant's original price; however, their stamps system somewhat balances this out in the long run. I've been using their service for over seven years and have no plans to stop.

The hardware they originally installed (cameras, detectors etc.) was a bit wonky at start but they were able to fix the issue with minimum hassle. Overall, pleasure to deal with - we've been their clients for over 5 years now and it's been really good.

Simple, transparent sales process. Car collected only after the money hit my account (I am with AIB which helps - if you are with another bank, it may take a few hours). Price was a bit low but there is the negotiation function so your final price may be slightly higher than the initial offer.

The guy they sent was friendly and professional, no issues whatsoever.
