Appalling and unbelievable service.
Had been warned by tradesmen on the job not to touch them as they regularly witnessed mistakes on other sites. The builder disagreed so I went with MJ. The project was delayed due to carelessness of Rep. No samples of doors or colours provided. Requested a brochure a number of times. Had to go to showroom where most of the display windows were marked discontinued Catalogue of errors. Rep Michael put the wrong eircode on booking form. Office staff didn't notice that wrong eircode didn't match my address with the result the French door and window went to Sligo instead of Tipperary. Repair guy had to visit twice
Window was the wrong size with the rep blaming the builder and vice versa.
I ordered another window so as to widen the opening and match the new wrong sized window.
Given a price x rep who also said he'd give a reduction because of the above.
When I was phoned in order to pay the office staff wanted double what rep quoted. This was the final straw and I sent a complaint email. 3 weeks later and 3 phone calls later no reply or even acknowledgement of email. Taking legal action as it seems it's the only language they might heed
Another tradesman said they're so big with a huge monopoly that this wouldn't even bother them. Avoid at all costs. The lower price is not worth the hassle

HMCA decided to pull out of Ireland giving customers 6 weeks notice. Pre existing conditions not covered by any new Insurance company. Requires 5 year wait.
HMCA as a company in the Caring industry didn't give a damn about their long term Irish customers. I'm sure there are protection laws against same and I will be checking them out.

I never had to use a service like this so it was a bit of a risk. I'm delighted to say my problem was simply and easily rectified. Speedy delivery and willingness to refund completely should the charger or battery not solve the problem. Would highly recommend
