bad quality products
I ordered HP laptop battery replacement which was pretty expensive €60 considering that it is not HP original but because of the good reviews I decided to buy from this company than Amazon which would be much cheaper for the same quality. In the end, just as the 1 year warranty ended the battery started switching off at 73%, they said the warranty is gone so they can only offer me half price to order another one. I don't think is worth the price for working only 1 year. I was specifically so careful with this battery removing the laptop charger when it's full and using it fully before charging again as I wanted to save it's life as much possible, but even that didn't help much!
Extremely disappointed and will never order again from them!

Ordering my replacement laptop battery was easy with the description and specifications clear. Excellent automated communication updates on the status of my order. Delivery was prompt and packaged carefully. Most importantly, the item was as described and so far so good in perfect working order.

Fast delivery.

Three weeks later.
I ordered a battery on 21/2. Paid extra for a 2-3 day delivery although a same day service in Dublin is clearly advertised. 3 weeks and two emails later and still no battery. Last response was that he would check with the warehouse and revert to me. The one before informed me that a new shipment had arrived and it would be dispatched the next day (05/03) Both emails in response to my queries. Trying to support the economy here but they did the very thing they warn you about in their ad with NO communication. Cancelling my order today. Disappointing.
