I have a Beko gas stove. I bought it in late 2022. While it was still under warranty the supposed cast iron grate cracked with rust. It was replaced. Recently another one broke, no rust. Also the the wok apparatus that is placed on top of the main burner, the coating bubbled upon first use while under warranty and had be replaced. I don't know what cheap product the grates are made but it doesnt appear to be cast iron. In addition the ignition light for center burner doesn't work. That stopped working shortly after the warranty ended. I have a GE gas stove in a rental unit that has worked for 13 years and is still going strong with no issues for half the price. Another problem is when the oven is turned on there is a strong gas odor, so much so, that I have to open all the windows. For the price would not buy. This stove is the most regrettable decisions of my life. I plan to replace it with a GE.

I called the centre on Monday. The technician came on Wednesday.
He fixed the fault, explained what he had done and gave me some useful tips about operating the appliance.
I am very satisfied and cannot thank them enough.

Engineer was great, explained things clearly and took 2 days from initial call to him coming out. Overall very pleased with the whole experience

I pay a monthly fee so when my fridge was curdling milk, yogurts and fruit going off I went online, found a slot for this morning, booked it, he came put just before 9am and it was fixed in about 20 minutes! Brilliant service.

Did take sometime at first to get through on phone and difficuly communications but very friendly helpful staff
But through emails it was sorted
David was a freindly engineer he waited for me to get home so i didnt miss my repair 😀

Easy to arrange an engineer for washing machine, all fixed within a week, punctual and polite.

Bought new beko DIS16030 dish washer, installed fine, but appliance doesn't work. Waiting for beko to respond, very disappointing from a new appliance

Had an obvious issue (not getting cold/working at all unless set to max) and engineer came to look, then went away to order part, then rebooked to come and fix!! 2 weeks without a working fridge freezer within it's first 12 months of ownership!! Completely unacceptable

All people that I spoke to were pleasant and helpful Engineer came following morning Needed to order a part to complete repair He was also easy to speak to Heard later that. day that repair could be completed in a couple of days this was done as promised

Quick. Told where drainage problem was and treated it easily and told me what to do and left a plastic bit to unblock it if it happens again.

The technician was amazing and thorough with his job.

I am very disappointed with my Beko CMB 10140 O washing machine. It has not met my expectations in terms of quality and performance. I expected a much more reliable product from a well-known brand like Beko. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this washing machine.

poor communication ...... All is done by AI and is inadequate .... Impossible to speak to someone.... Third parties just. Use script and do not help. Maxwell's in Northallerton brilliant retailer ... could not have been more helpful know how to treat a customer ... unlike Beko
