Very nervous about buying from this store. Was looking at a Laura Ashley desk yesterday, priced at 1394, had it in my basket and everything and this was what it asked me to pay. Today the same item is advertised in one image as 1394 but when you click on it to add to basket, jumps to 1645, with a note VAT included. To note, that another similar but larger desk is priced at 1851 and when one clicks on the image, it says VAT included but the price is still 1851. Seems like pricing is very arbitrary and hiked up on a whim from one day to the next. Not a good look for either next.ie and reflects badly on Laura Ashley also to be stocking through a store, who would behave like this.

The clothes are great (except for inconsistent sizing in different colours) but customer service is complicated and time consuming. Recently had to sent multiple emails re a sizing issue, instead of the first 'educator' simply solving my issue, by passing it on to the design team. In the end, I was gifted a voucher, for the hassle, which however, did demonstrate accountability and redeem my good opinion, hence I upgraded a star.

In the case of positive shopping experiences, I like to review the store, on Trustpilot to say thanks. In the case of negative shopping experiences, I find that stores often pay more attention to reviews on here than emails sent, if something does go wrong. I also, often check out a store on trustpilot, before purchasing, to see if they are trustworthy and offer a reliable service.

I cannot say enough good things about my recent purchase of a dress from Aspiga. Beautiful fabric, elegant design, sized perfectly. And an ethical, eco conscious company to boot. Grateful thank you.

I am so disappointed that I can't find ones to fit, given vivobarefoot shoes don't come in half sizes. Also, as the top in the primus 3.5 trail shoes, I tried, are extremely hard. This means, because the size 36 is too big for me and would trip me up on trails and the 35 is too small, that because the toe part is so hard, its very painful against my toes. I wanted these shoes so badly but until they do half sizes, I have to forget about it. If you can find a pair that actually fit you right, I would say, they seem great.

Great product, good value, easy to use website and store I trust, giving me peace of mind if I needed to return etc. (which on this occasion I don't) fast, efficient delivery using DPD, the most reliable courier with a one hour predicted delivery slot. Would not hesitate to make another purchase. Thanks DID electrical.

Good website, nice clothes, all very efficient on the delivery side. Bought four items valued at 200 in total. Returned one item valued at 45. Returned the item precisely as requested by GANT UK, via AN POST courier but it did not reach them apparently. Before they would investigate, they asked for proof of postage, which I sent on. They then asked me to sign an affadavit and for an image from my passport or other government ID. I found this to be intrusive so complained. They ignored multiple emails after this but eventually resolved the matter with a prompt refund. It is hard to understand why they allowed the matter to escalate instead of resolving the matter faster. To sum up, clothes seem good quality and delivery is efficient but refund policy could be improved upon. Nevertheless, thank you Cesar for eventually resolving my issue.

So far, not very impressed. I have enquired about what my rights are regarding images, bought for the purpose of Artist reference photos, so as not to run into copyrights issues, but the responses from shutterstock, seem almost, deliberately obtuse, encouraging me to purchase enhanced licenses, but they will not clarify what my rights of usage are. I am consequently, already feeling dubious as to whether I would trust them or not. I have sought clarification and will update this review, if my experience improves.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. The sneakers I purchased (leshy style) the third sneakers I have purchased from this store over the years, are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. They look great with jeans, shorts and dresses. They are almost entirely created with natural materials, so do not smell. I simply pop them in the washing machine at a low cycle when I need to and they come out great. Customer service is excellent. Usually respond within one day and are always very helpful. And a bonus the sneakers are so environmentally friendly. Thank you Earthbound sneakers!
