Martina was very helpful and sorted out my issue with my shoes. The only issue outstanding was why I was removed from the vivo barefoot survey as soon as I put my age in and why I had been locked out... See more

My shoes cost £160 and had holes in the soles in under 1 year of wear. Only 6 months warranty and very poor customer service.
Martina at Vivo Barefoot dealt with my query about the leather of my Vivo boots efficiently and pleasantly and came to a solution quickly .
Despite you wait on the line be reassured you will get great support. Martina was nice and very helpful!
I enjoy the shoes (I do think they could be wider) but the short lifespan added to the increasing cost and awful AI attempt at customer service mean I can no longer recommend vivo. Go find another barefoot brand!

ive been buying shoes from vivobarefoot for about 5 years now. There's been durability issues on the first few that i bought. Their shoes have fixed lower leg pain, so i've persevered in the hopes that they fix the issues. The current pair 'Mens Tracker Textile FG2 Hiking Boots' is much better, i've had them for a year and they're still good. One thing worth mentioning is the current pair hasn't been put through as much heavy hiking, water ingress, general abuse from out and about. The main durability issuees i'd faced in earlier pairs was the glue seems to be degrading, the sole starts to slowly come away - and it was within a month or so. So hopefully these issues are now fixed.
I've just bought my toddler the tracker boots. He had the 'Primus Sport IV Toddlers', but dont really like them as they come off and they don't provide the stability a boot would.

Garbage quality, holes in the sole after a month. I own multiple pairs, paid full price and they never last.

This is now the second time I have had to chase Vivobarefoot for a refund following a return.
I received an email from the warehouse on 5th October confirming that they had received my return, yet I am still waiting for my refund.
I have sent several emails chasing this, only to be told that I was speaking to AI rather than an actual person.
For the price of these shoes, one would think the least they could offer is a real person managing customer service emails!
It’s supposed to be an eco-friendly brand, but customer service should surely be part of those values too.
MY ADVICE: KEEP ALL YOUR RETURN RECEIPTS AND PROOF OF POSTAGE!

Sukaina was very helpful and once she understood my question, she helped me a lot! I’m very happy with the customer service I received.

I love the shoes they make, and also in the times that i had some problems with the use of discount-codes i could contact them via Whatsapp, they replied very fast and solved my problem.

Horrendous customer service, been waiting for my shoes for almost a month and the company clearly does not care, customer support just not helpful at all

I was experiencing an issue with a pair of recently purchased boots, which needed resolving.
I initially made an enquiry through a web form & subsequently received an email from Horatio, their AI assistant, who advised me to complete 'Quality & Fault' return form, which I did.
Several days elapsed without me receiving any further response, so I decided to chase up the matter in a phone call.
On this occasion I was quickly able to make contact with Sukaina who promptly investigated the issue & took the necessary action to resolve it, so well done Sukaina :-)
My rating is based on my interaction with Sukaina.

I spent ages leaving a review with multiple images of the issues I had with their shoes on their website review platform so that people could see the issues but it was never published (1 star) and now it looks like they no longer even have reviews on the website so I'll come here so people might see it.
I had the tracker AT II and the uppers were great but wow the soles were wearing down way too fast, I only just got to before the 100 day no questions asked refund date and though these wont even last me 6 months before I'll need to send them in for a resole or bin them.
It's a real shame as they were really comfortable and the uppers seemed to be holding up so well. Customer support was good for the most part (ignoring 1 of them) and I did get most of my money back, it just took a while for that to happen.
Considering the price and the fact that these were supposed to be All Terrain boots I would have expected way more life out of them but alas no. A real shame.

Enrussbishifaction someone at vivo thought going all on on ai was a good call, and everything is suffering.
Ordered a pair, arrived and sizing is larger than normal. I have to return at my cost, and I'll be unable to use the discount code I used to order the first pair.
Please don't reply to this with ai...

Martina went above and beyond, I had an issue with an order, my loyalty discount code was not working, after a quick courteous call, Martina resolved the matter and made it so simple

This company appears to be a scam - it offers you a 15% discount on your first order - which doesn't work - after you've spent several minutes trying to order on the clunky website. So you give up. Then you get another email offering a "COMEBACK20" 20% discount. You login again, order and again the code doesn't work. You telephone the helpline which says that the offer doesn't apply to certain (I guess popular) shoes. Ok. So you try some other shoes - including one on the offer email - again the code doesn't work. You either give up or pay full price because of all the time you otherwise wasted trying to order.
This company thinks contract law doesn't apply to it.
I've just ordered again from my previous supplier - I was very happy twice with them.

Product may be good but the customer service is pathetic. Visited a store for a purchase and was not asked for my email address for loyalty points. Wrote to customer service with my receipt - the response was that they (Horatio - nice bot name) don’t have information on how to add points after a transaction and I should have shared my email at the store. I replied and asked them to find out what the process was if they didn’t know. No response despite chasing! Surely if you don’t know the process you find out - then if the answer is no at least we’re all clear and the staff member has learnt something. Again not my problem for not being asked!
This brand may be on-trend and doing well but when the hype has died down, trust me continued success will depend on their customer service which right now is lacking!
If you run a loyalty program to try and keep your customers loyal you’re not doing a good job with this sort of points fiasco!
