Love our bedroom furniture, quality and craftsmanship is very good. Very robust and all went together very easily. Was worried that no spare fittings were included but unnecessary as everything went together first time. Packaging was also next level ensuring everything arrived undamaged. Would defo buy from them again.

Very nice blind good quality and fits perfectly. We went for the plastic chain as it won't see too much use and it's a very small blind but a cloth covered bar. Especially licked the cover at the top which hides the roll and keeps it neat.

On time and no fuss.

Alika was able to correct an obvious billing error on my account quickly and in a friendly manner on the same day that I had notified Octopus that there was a problem.

Marked down as delivery wasn't as expected and in fact arrived too late. Panicked when I could see that the item I wanted hadn't been dispatched after a few days waiting and bought elsewhere which was quicker and in fact a few quid cheaper.

Find See Tickets one of the easiest ticket purchasing sites and tend to use it when I can rather than any of the others but on this occasion found out afterwards that I paid a little more than another well known ticket vendor which was a tiny bit disappointing and resulted in the one star being dropped.

Realised I had made a mistake and inadvertently provided the wrong house number when completing the on line application. Was then told I would have to go through the whole online application process again which was disapointing given that it would take them 10 seconds to update my records. But for this the process was fine and they would have got 5 stars. I'll probably try a different comparison site now, why not if I have to go through it all again!
