The Voy app is amazing. You can photograph your meal and have it evaluated it tells you if you have enough protein, variation in vegetables, too much sugar, fat etc. I think it's the best aid for keeping track of my food and keeping me motivated

I use the Voy Meal Tracking Tool regularly. It's easy to use and helps me with portion control and tracks my protein intake. It helped me understand that I need to eat some protein every day for muscle strength, I was eating only vegetables. It scores your food photo and I love that my choices are usually now in the 7 to 10 range

This service looks good but it's a subscription and the charge almost £10 per week to use. I used this service to unsubscribe from a site that appeared to have no cancellation option. I was happy to pay the fee to send a letter to them but I was unprepared for the same amount to be taken again the following week. I feel like I've been scammed by everyone

I bought some beautiful wool socks from Pairs. They arrived very quickly and beautifully packed. I had two pairs of mohair socks that I will be passing on to my friend as they are too slippery for me. There's nothing wrong with them, they are beautiful but I just don't like the feeling on my feet. I also have two pairs of Pairs wonderful Alpaca bedsocks and they are even softer than cashmere. These are the loveliest socks you could ever own.
