Outstanding service. Ordered on a Bank Holiday Sunday. The following day was BH Monday, received my items (scissors) the next day, Tuesday!
Packaging fantastic, items fantastic. Excellent 'product advice' card enclosed. Even came with scissor oil included.
I can also recommend this companies shampoo, they gifted me a sample, its fantastic. I will definitely be ordering more from WOW grooming. Thank you so much for a great experience. DTG.

I asked a member of staff, Finn for help concerning particular bedding I required but could not find. What a pleasant surprise, Finn was not only helpful, he was funny and enthusiastic too. Customer service like he provided is hard to find these days! If store management read this review, you should know Finn is an asset to your business. My husband and I left the store feeling very comfortable with our purchases. Thank you.

My first ever coach trip holiday, having just joined the OAP (young OAP!) club.
Why haven't I done these trips before! From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Polite, helpful cheerful staff. Good food, decent portions. Reasonable bar prices. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very relaxed atmosphere. Although everything is run to a time, you don't feel as though you are being rushed. The planning and organisation which the staff put in to ensure you have a pleasant stay certainly pays off. Its not often I score the complete 10/10 but this company deserves it. Can't wait to do another
trip. Many thanks to the entire L & G's team.

This company would have received 5 stars, except for the very delayed start time. However, when the day finally arrived, the installation team, site manager and quality of materials used were excellent. Cannot be faulted. The team never stopped working once on site, always on time, and very respectful of the property. At the end of each day they did thorough clean ups.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
Thank you for doing such a great job. Would strongly recommend you, just be a little more realistic with start date, it’s avoids disappointment.
That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again!

Fat face Chichester.

I visited the store today and was sorely disappointed. On entering the store I passed three members of staff, they were chatting amongst themselves behind the counter. I was not welcomed or even acknowledged. The store was empty at the time so I felt Immediately undervalued! I was on crutches and really did need assistance. I had to interrupt the conversation they were having to ask for assistance. I was then helped. I made a purchase of approximately £140.00. Had I not been disabled and find it difficult to walk I would definitely have left the store and gone elsewhere. Next time I will choose another store to visit first. It’s a difficult thing to write a negative review but this store, despite having desirable stock, lacks customer service which is vital to successful businesses these days. Sadly disappointed.

By recommendation from a friend I visited the above store with my chihuahua puppies and I’m so pleased I did. I was so impressed by the attention to detail found in this store. It is spotlessly clean and very well laid out. The team working in this store showed genuine interest in my needs and could not have been more helpful. It’s not often in retail experiences I can say my expectations were not only met, but exceeded!
Jasmine, I think the manager, ( I noted a colleague call her by name) was so patient with me and is clearly very knowledgeable. She is most definitely an asset to this business and I felt very confident following her advice. To sum up, I would say very attentive to my requirements without being pushy. I shall be returning to this professionally run store. Use with confidence.
