Good product, great service at a reasonable price and delivered on time

Ordered my first batch and at first we struggled with the transition, but with persistence our boy realised that this was now the food and we weaned him off extra wet food and kibble. Blue Zone were very helpful with tips to encourage take up. Within the first month we noticed an improvement in his skin and fur. Now it is just his daily food, measured, mixed and rehydrated. It looks like a smaller portion, but then it isn't stuffed with fillers like commercial food.
The vet weighed him just before we started on Blue Zone food and he was slightly overweight - he's looking a bit slimmer now. Love the stuff

Ordered a set of 10 engine head bolts that were shown as in warehouse. Got a call to say they were in fact out of stock, but an alternative was available. Fine I thought until I checked on the new order to find my 1 set of 10 was now reduced to 1 bolt.
engagement with the chat bot is invariably useless, but I somehow managed to get it to connect me with a humanoid who put things right, cancelled the order for 1 bolt and I reordered 10.
They were the same price as my original order, so no big deal

Delivered in great condition and on time, very satisfied

Very useful device that keeps track of our dog's location and his activity and inactive periods each day. The GPS tracking is incredibly useful as we have a Houdini hound who sill go exploring if he senses an opportunity.
That said, the GPS accuracy isn't that good, I've had to consistently enlarge his safe zones well outside the boundary of our property to avoid too many false notifications, but it is good enough to track him down if he does manage to jump the fence or discover a new opening.
Battery life is impressive too
