Everything about the app is great!

When my cat runs away (he does it often because he’s a master of escape), I can find out where he is down to the nearest meter. This technology really impresses me.

Plus, the new battery lasts a long time, which is definitely a plus.

Honestly the best affordable reliable system for tracking my beloved beagle ! Bought for the GPS tracking ended up enjoying all the other features! It’s like Whoop for dogs and affordable

It works pretty well on our roaming cat. He quickly learnt how to remove the collar until we glued the slider in the XL position. It’s also pretty inaccurate in GPS mode. So much so that you can think you are very close to your cat, but they are not within Bluetooth range. The Bluetooth is also non directional, unlike the AirTag, so you have to play a warmer, colder game to find your cat. Luckily our cat is quite vocal so gives the game away.

The colar is amazing. Is very accurate about the position and more accurate if you start the LIVE status. The sound direction is very helpful as my cat looses it very often. Some other option are quite good such as the formation of the visiting area.

I started using Tractive about a year ago after one of our cats went missing. It's the best thing I could have done. I live in the countryside and being able to see where Pepper is means I have peace of mind and not have to worry.
I have just upgraded to the newer version which I have found easier to put on and take off, with a slightly longer battery time.

Great product. Give you peace of mind. Very interesting to see what cats get up to when they are out!

Mine failed when I needed it most. Lost my dog, GPS reading saying he was somewhere else, lost us hours of time. By the time I could get a drone up he had passed. He had only been metres from the search party. Tractive blamed gps signal but on finding him I pressed the button and worked fine again. Still charged up to when I found him with plenty empty excuses.
Okay for pets that walk round the block

The app could use a little bit of work, but otherwise is it such a great tool for keeping an eye on your furry babies

So much for health tracking? My dogs heart rate doubled over a span of 7 days and had other scattered days of very high heart rate. My dog died last night. I got no notification about it at all and support told me it’s not a medical device instead of acknowledging the app failed to alert me to a TREND that their app says they do. I did not expect it to tell me about an emergency but if her resting heart rate kept escalating, explain to me how I wasn’t alerted? What did I even pay for when your staff said nothing misfired?

Tractive offers pet owners a wonderful service. Their products are well constructed, trustworthy and very reliable. It provides the piece of mind pet owners want when it comes to the safety of their pets. Also, Tractive's customer service is 2nd to none. They are prompt to answer any questions and stand behind their product.

My dog is a rescue and a mix between Greyhound and Malinois . Her recall is great but we had situations where something spooked her and she took off ( on our own property but still)
So it gives great peace of mind knowing where she is to then call her back without panicking which way she went

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A TRACTIVE TRACKER. Whilst I have been happy with this tracker to date (I have had it for 2 months) I have recently taken my dog and Campervan to the New Forest. My dog is a rescue and is liable to hunting so I need a tracker that really works. As advertised I bought the Tractive tracker as it says it has GPS which I assumed worked everywhere. However I have literally no phone signal in the New Forest and the tracker simply did not work at all. Having asked AI about this I now realise that the tracker only works if you have phone signal. Tbh this is not made clear at all when purchasing this tracker and I feel very mislead. I have purchased a 2 year contract for something that simply does not work when not in signal. Please take heed and look at other options if you are worried about loosing your beloved dog or cat.

The device size and weight is quite good for a cat, it seems like it does not bother her when she wears it which is very important.
The battery without the battery saving zone lasts max 2 days which I considered little but with the battery saving zone (=trusted wifi) it really lasts much more and is not a problem. The gps is not really the best neither in timing nor for its location accuracy but it gives you a good idea of the whereabouts. The application is in general ok and I find funny the leaderboards. Generally I am pleased, but I have some things I would want the developing team to change/improve:
1. The one and only function button should be replaced with a more clear one when pressing in terms of hardware
2. The sound when searching in radar should be louder, this is hardware too
3. The bluetooth searching is not working that well actually, I am searching for her in a place of a few 2m and while I am close to her the bluetooth does not catch it. It catches it when I am looking at her at a distance of 1m literally and after waiting some time
4. I would like to be able to turn on/off whatever zone is made whether is a fence or a power saving zone and not having to delete it to deactivate it for whatever reason

I get notifications about secure zones ( in and out). Live - mode is very useful! The battery lasts long. Thank you for the idea and your service.

Great stuff love it

I truly love this app. It has amazing features that help you locate your lil one if you can't see them and they are close hiding. The light and the sound on the collar have helped me find it when slipped off too. I also love the click on and off bc if they get caught it comes off without possibly harming my cat. I give it 10 stars!

Tractive let's us know where our dog is when needed. We use live as only have it on when we are doing things outside on our property. I would like a more simple version just for tracking as not needing the health bits but I just don't worry about those.

Love it! Just the thing I was thinking for a long time.
