Nice selection but I am confused about their trustpilot rating, on their swiss site they have 2 stars but on .com they are over 4.

I would give them a 3, their delivery is very slow, they do not answer their customer service emails and they sent a me a dress that stinks of sweat.

Their refund process is really slow too.

However I have had some orders that were hassle free

I ordered an item from Zalando. The courier was bring. They finally sent me an email in Swedish (I don’t speak Swedish and don’t live in Sweden) to say they delivered it but don’t have my email or phone number. They do - I have their app - and they’ve delivered to me before.

So I go to pick it up at the delivery point. Guess what I can’t as I haven’t got their PIN code.

I tired to contact their customer service as they requested and what a shock! No way to contact them.

Utterly useless.

Rodeo has some great hairdressers, but unfortuantely their administration is truly awful.

I have had them cancel several appoints of mine because of sickness, however, it goes a little too far when they cancel an appointment because the hairdresser is no longer working that day, and when I rebook for another time, they then cancel it again and don't offer any form of apology or compensation, even though I am a long standing customer and belong to their loyalty programme.

Their office managed to find an alternative hairdresser to do my cut and colour which was great, so I book with her again, only to find they have moved my appointment to another hairdresser without telling me.

I then try to cancell the appointment to get the hairdresser I actually want, and their App does not work and I can not cancel it.

Face Palm - do not have an app if you can't get it to work.

The quality is a bit patchy, but what truly lets them down is the functionality of the website and app which are just terrible.

For certain categories you can not search on a particular brand or size it just throws up errors. Some products when you click say "failed to load" and it is generally slow and glitchy.

Good range and fast delivery.

I’ve got many different types of insurance with Tryg. Unfortunately I’m going to have to change my insurance company.

My child has broken a knee so I call them
up to attempt to get some guidance on what to do as we’ve got a long haul vacation planned. First the advisor tells me I’m not insured despite paying over dkk 2,000 a year for cancellation insurance!

Then she fobs me off with a link to a supposed doctor who will evaluate my case. Which has not happened.

So we are left wondering if we apply for visas and if we can go on vacation.

I have an extra star as the home insurance advisor is good. But unfortunately I’m going to cancel all my insurances with them.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this company.

It has taken them almost three months to handle my case, with no communication from their side, until I approached them.

On top of that, their process relies on Danish-language forms with complicated medical terminology, which are confusing and led to an input error. Instead of recognising how unclear their forms are, they shifted the problem back to me and asked for more documentation.

I have since also submitted a GDPR-related request, which under GDPR should be handled within one month in a clear and transparent way.

Given the long delays, confusing forms and lack of clear communication, I no longer trust them to handle personal data properly and I am in the process of cancelling my optional insurances and extra pension payments

Unfortunately they don't reply to emails and their is essentially no customer service. Unless they think you have not paid a bill (which it turned out you had) then they will set their debt collectors on you without any warning.

I won't be taking another Mercedes.

Deres salgsafdeling virker også lidt kaotisk, og den samlede kundeoplevelse føles ikke særlig smidig.

Når det er sagt, så er bilen rigtig god, og servicen har været pålidelig og problemfri. Den eneste ulempe er de lange ventetider.

I shop online a lot. After trying all of their competitors I have to say that GLS denmark are by far the best. Their APP actually works and they delivery very quickly to the place that you have actually requested them to deliver.

It shoudn't be difficult process delivering packages and for GLS it is not, a few other companies could learn from them.

I have no idea whether they are a good bank or not. Unfortunately they had a "technical error" when trying to verify my documents.

Now they have all my personal information and I have no way of contacting them to remove this information. I think this is probably a breach of GDPR.

I’ve been using Wise for well over 5 years. I had an issue around 3 years ago when they tried to keep a large sum of money from me on their account and not transfer it when I asked. I managed to sort that out.

However I am absolutely astonished to see that they cancelled a payment to me from a Solicitor without a reason - the payment is clearly from a well respected and well known solicitor.

Wise have sent the money back to them without reason and I got an exceptionally aggressive and rude email from their customer service at midnight UK time. I imagine the email is from a call centre in India.

Even more frustratingly the email they send to you can’t be replied to. So you can’t even get an answer.

I won’t ever use them again.

I attempted to order a mobile phone through Telenor using this company’s service, and the process required access to my personal information, including Skat and bank data. Everything went smoothly until the final step, when the system suddenly failed with the message “you do not have cookies installed” — even though I verified that cookies were properly enabled.

What concerns me most is that, after this failure, there was no clear confirmation that my sensitive data was deleted or even secured according to GDPR standards. I have since formally requested written confirmation that all access to my records has been removed and all data permanently deleted.

Transparency and responsible data handling are essential when dealing with personal financial information, and this experience has left me with serious doubts about the company’s reliability and data protection practices.

Awful. They apparently managed to deliver a large package into a small post box which is physically impossible and then took a photo of the post box as “proof” not a photo of the package.

I won’t be using them again.

The system itself is good, but the Verisure administration is terrible. I would not advise using them and look for another more competent organisation.

Update October the 30th. There customer service has still not solved the issue and their customer service is more interested in trying to shift the blame than actually solve the issue.

I would rate them zero if I could, I was unable to change the delivery address on their website even though they offer this service, so I wasted an hour chatting to their customer service to change the delivery, then they sent it to the original address.

Abosolutely awful

I use this company at work, you have never come across a more disorganised unprofessional company. Avoid at all costs-

Update, they say to contact their customer service, which is a bit of a joke, as we have contacted their customer service over 5 times and have been ignored.

I asked for a quote because my garden is large and I wanted to know how much it was going to be before going ahead.

I was then spammed with contracts, emails about electricity, emails about my subscription and phone calls. Every time I told them I only want a quote. Now they are apparently cancelling a subsciption I did not ask for, but are still sending me unwanted emails.

All I asked for was a quote on how much it would cost. Which I have still not recieved.

The approval process was very quick and smooth.
