Always have excellent service from Argos. Ample delivery dates and times to choose. Always receive a txt specifying estimated delivery time and when the driver is close by. When i have had to return something in the past ( which isn't often) it has been straightforward.

Always great service. I wait until i need a few of my regular products to get the free delivery. The amount you need to spend to get free delivery has gone up a few times since i have been buying from Justmylook but it's not a problem. Products are always great value and genuine.

Gone are the days of the courier actually handing the parcel to you!
It's gone from the parcel being left by the back door to just opening the back gate and leaving parcels on my black wheelie bin.
The only time the courier knocks the door is if he has to collect a parcel return, even then that's not guaranteed he will actually come for the collection.
I understand that they are probably busy but the service has gone down hill.

*With reference to your reply: I don't know the tracking number for my return parcels so phoning or using your contact us links are no good. It is also no good using the Chatbot, believe me I have tried them all! If your couriers just did their job properly it would make a lot of difference!

Twice now my return parcels have not been collected even though my local courier has been in my street and delivered parcels!!
I even had a parcel from eBay delivered early this morning by evri but it was left outside!
I had to contact JDWilliams about the first time the parcel wasn't collected (Wednesday)so they arranged another collection date for today (Saturday)and today i had to contact them again and they arranged for another collection date for Monday!!
To see the courier in my street twice and for him not to collect my parcels though is beyond!
