Just had a parcel delivered by DHL and pleased with the level of service. The parcel arrived from India in 1 week which is amazing. There were email updates from DHL from early on and I could and did sign up for more details email updates. I received an expected delivery day and then on the day, an email with a delivery time slot. Great service, thankyou.

I wanted to review zara.com as I have had a good experience, all straightforward, no problems. Went on the website and ordered a perfume a friend was wearing. It arrived with Royal Mail the next day. I know others have had problems, but in my case it was all ok.

We've just come back from our first bus trip with Wilfreda. They were recommended by friends. We've had a lovely time with them. It was all very well organised, the driver and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The other passengers were friendly. The hotel bed, shower and food were all good quality and Norwich and the RHS flower show were well worth visiting. It was all made very easy and comfortable. We will be booking again.

I spent a lovely half hour at Ammars Frangrances, Frenchgate, Doncaster recently. I was served by Aman who was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. She let me open the bottles and sniff the oils and put samples of my favourites onto sample papers. She also made a mix of my favourite oils, which I love. In total I bought 3 large bottles and a spray. The oils last on my skin, I can still smell them at the end of the night. Ammars is a great find, really pleased.

Its all good. I've been buying supplements from Biocare for years now. I repeat buy and have used their 'speak to a nutritionist' service to recommend supplements for health problems with good results. Their quality is good and their customer service is very good. I will be staying with them.

it was easy to get a quote for car insurance on moneysupermarket.com, there were a long list of providers to choose from and hopefully I got a better price doing it this way. Have used them the last few years for this and always good.

They consistently match the best interest rates I can find online and using moneysavingexpert. My money has been safe and secure and grown with them. Its so easy to set up new savings accounts as I already have accounts with them. They also had a helpful and knowledgeable call centre in the past when I needed help to move an ISA to them. Hopefully they still have this. I recommend them to family and friends.

I've been buying from world of books for a few years now. Their books are always of good quality and some look like new (they grade them so you know if they are very good condition, good, etc). Their books are cheaper than Amazon or new book sellers once a book has been on sale for a while. The books usually arrive within 5 days. Great service.

We had a recent car accident. Another driver hit us. Happily we were with Tesco Car Insurance. I was able to phone and speak direct to the Claims Dept. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and able to progress our claim. It was so straightforward and easy this time, unlike our previous car accident when we were with Esure who had bought out the insurance company we were with at the time. They could chase up their claims assessor and the other insurance company, it was quick and easy and they updated us with emails and texts and we only had to ask once. Great service, highly recommended.

I've opened saving accounts and ISAs with Secure Trust Bank a few years ago. Their customer service is great with a helpful call centre and the rates they offer are good to very good when checked against other providers. I'm very pleased with my experience of them.

its all good, I seem to have parcels delivered by Evri nearly every week!! I like the emails advising that my parcel is with Evri and the tracking link so I can see when its at the delivery depot, it will then usually be out for delivery that day with a 2 hour slot, delivered by our friendly, polite courier. Great service, thankyou.

I'm really surprised to see Temu's low score on Trustpilot as I've been buying from them most months for months and the things I've bought have mostly been very good. I've bought clothes, summer shoes and sandals, throws, things for the garden and house and all generally very good at half the price I would pay from Amazon. I've had the odd one not so good but most things I've been very happy with the quality and they usually ship and arrive within 8-10 days to me in UK. Really good service, thanks.

Great service from the Evri team and our new courier, Billy. I like the emails advising our parcels are with Evri and then out for delivery with a 2 hour timeslot. positive experience with Octopus, we were moved to Octopus when Bulb went into administration. What a difference! With Octopus, customer services is only a phone call or email away and they answer queries and sort problems out. What a difference. I think we are here to stay and its a relief for things to just work or be easy if I have a query. We have already recommended family and friends and each time they switch to Octopus we both get a reward, and they will get a easier life, just like we have.
