The 6” Vent wall plate is a little flimsy

The garment I was considering had little information on it regarding its water proof capability, however a member of staff (Kat) was very helpful and very knowledgable for all of these particular garments. Also very warm and friendly

Took several days to arrive.
Very well made.
Sizing is on the small side, ie I always ware Large but here a large is tight.

I had a fault with my sun glass but was out of warranty buy a long way, however I was offered a good discount on a new pair but I found them cheaper else where so they price matched. Very happy

1 hour delay on return flight.

We are in our 60s and this was by far our most relaxing holiday ever. The Jet2 experience was very good.
The transfer to resort was ok but bus air on was broken (a tad warm) return transfer was good.
Hotel was spotless with great layout, all staff were very friendly, helpful and hard working.
Food (for buffet style) was very good we could always make a meal, and the deserts were really good.
Once we had chosen our sun beds and attached our labels they were ours for the fortnight. It would be helpful if the pool attendants could remove the labels of people who had left to make it easier to see which beds were available. All in all a very relaxing holiday

Had an order and a return.
Ordered Monday not dispatched until Thursday not sure when I will receive it.
They received my return on Tuesday and when I called on Friday refund had still not been actioned.

Reaction and communication was good.
A much smaller attendance window should be issued than the 4 hours given, the technician was half hour later than expected so I waited in for 5 hours.

So far so good buying insurance made easy.
The test comes if you make a claim.

Even after I made a monumental cock up of my order Kirk and the team sorted everything out and got me what I required all within a couple of days.

Delivery was delayed by a week or so due to lack of parts from a supplier which in this climate is acceptable. The guys who delivered the suit were Mark & Josh who were efficient and pleasant.
The furniture is great, so far so good.

I can only rate the buying process as the sweet will take 13 weeks to be delivery and that will form a major part of the review.
The salesman George was very efficient and explained everything well and made spending my money very easy.

Straight in they had what I wanted straight out, what more could you want.

If I remember correctly it was very simple to spend my £25.
