Came broke still no refund
Fan control came poorly packaged and broke still waiting for refund and cost me over 20 to send back not happy at all needed asap

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and we're sorry the controller arrived damaged. That isn't the standard we want, and we've raised the packaging with our warehouse team.
On the refund, we'd like to set out the timeline. A returns label was issued the next working day. Once the controller was returned to us, the full amount paid for the order was refunded to the original payment method on 20 August. You had also paid £22.95 to return the item, which we agreed to cover. This was initially credited against the replacement quotation you'd requested, and when the replacement order wasn't placed we refunded it separately on 24 August, shortly before this review was postedB oth refunds were confirmed as received the following day.
We're sorry the process took longer than it should have, and for the confusion over the return postage. If anything remains outstanding, please contact us at hello@efans.co.uk and we'll deal with it straight away.

Exemplary post purchase support
I have an electrical company and I always say that you can tell the true value of a company when things go wrong, not necessarily when things go right. We ordered a fan with controller and only managed to install it three weeks after purchase. Unfortunately the controller seems to be faulty but without question, after writing to efans, they sent out a warranty replacement at no cost to me.
Amazing service, and I would definitely use these guys again.

Super customer service and communication
I made my first ever purchase from eFans having found them to be one of only a few companies who had what I needed. Having worked in a service industry for over 30 years the one thing you remember more than the product when dealing with companies is the quality or often lack of quality customer service. I made a mistake in what I purchased and found the level of consideration and support offered to me to be first class, from the speed of email communication to even a manager contacting me directly with an offer to help out when they didn’t have to. If only there were more companies offering such high levels of customer service!
