Fantastic customer service
Very happy with the customer service of TecTake. We ordered the Bilbao garden furniture but only 2 boxes out of 4 were received. They were quick to respond and were able to track the remaining 2 boxes which had then been delivered.

Do not believe the advertising of this company
The staff were pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately the 3 to 5 working days delivery was 9 working days. The legs of the chairs were also a completely different colour to the chairs when assembled. Thus far no response from the company. It appears that the idea of German quality and service is no longer valid.

We sincerely apologise for the extended delivery time and for the inconvenience this caused. Our delivery times of 3-5 working days are generally accurate, however there can unfortunately be occurrences where this is extended. We are sincerely sorry this was the case for your order.
Regarding the incorrect chair legs being received, we are very sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we do not seem to have received an email regarding this on your order history. Could you please get back to us at mail@tectake.co.uk with a picture of the incorrect legs, and we will proceed to get replacements sent out to you as soon as possible.

Ordered 2 camping chairs, super easy website, excellent communication from order to delivery.
Really good quality chairs nice and high backs and very comfortable.
The only let down for us was the delivery people who just left them by a tree at the top of our drive, thankfully we have security cameras and were able to get home to take them inside

Lack of customer service support
Well what can i say, i ordered an outdoor patio set (£340) and it arrives in 4 boxes via 3 different couriers. The last box arrives damaged with numerous missing bolts/washers/screws. Cannot ring Tektake so i emailed. Got a response 2 days later requesting i check what is missing (a task within itself). I sent the list of missing parts of which i again get a reply 2 days later advising that these will be despatched from Germany. 10 days later and still nothing, furthermore i emailed again but this time i get NO replies. This is a shambles. Spend £340 on furniture i cannot use and still in the boxes 3 weeks later. I am at my wits end with it all!

Stay away
Half my order turned up and they won’t respond or give me my money back. They refuse to answer any emails. They have no phone line. Do not use this business.
I’ve asked a few times now…give me a refund me for the missing order. The quickest response I got from them was replying to this review !

Your order was placed on 6th July and 1 of the 2 parcels associated with your order was delivered on 10th July. Unfortunately the 2nd parcel has become stuck in transit and appears to have potentially been lost or damaged. We are very sorry for this and will investigate separately with the courier to recover this parcel.
To avoid further delay or inconvenience to yourself, we can offer to either resend the missing parcel, refund just this box of chairs with you keeping the received box, or organise the collection and return of the box received for a full refund. We do temporarily have our phone lines closed, which is typical this time of year due to members of the customer service team having holidays, and ensures that we can still respond to all of our customers within our targeted response time of 24 working hours, whilst also giving staff an opportunity to have a well-earned rest.

We are truly sorry to hear about the damaged items and the lack of response. I have checked your order, and can see that we did reply to you on 15th July, asking if you could confirm the exact parts against a part list to ensure that the correct replacements were sent out.
I can however see in your message that it was 2 side plates and a pasta bowl which have been damaged, so we are fairly certain on what you require. As such, I have now ordered replacements for those 3 parts now, and these will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Still no refund
I put my first review of Tectake on Trustpilot on 10th June.
The product was faulty and Tectake were not answering phones and ignoring emails.
Eventually got a response when I posted my original review about the terrible service and Tectake finally agreed to collect the sunbeds on 26th June.
Their email to me dated 24th June stated "Standard refund or replacement processing times are up to 5 working days, after your order has been received at our warehouse."
It is now 19th July.
23 days (15 working days) after collection and still no refund.
It appears the only way to get Tectake to respond is through Trustpilot.
Reply to Tectake.
I checked my credit card statements and telephoned my bank who confirmed no refund received before submitting this review and again today after receiving your reply.
So there is no confusion I will say again WHERE IS MY REFUND

When I received my package from Tectake there was a small part missing. I reported this by email to the company and I received a reply very quickly. They apologised and sent out straight away a replacement part. It is refreshing to have this sort of service!

The rattan on a garden lounge set costing over £600 started breaking on the second summer and was unusable by the third summer. They was no help from TECTAKE regarding this very poor product.
