This is my third order with you and so far everything has been great thank you

I bought a 3 seater outsunny swing chair through a reputable company. After using for 1 summer the frame ro.rhe canopy has broken . I contacted outsunny to see if i could buy a replacement and was told that because I didnt buy the item directly from them I cant buy replacement parts. Why sell through other retailers if this is the case . So I know have a swing chair that has been sat on maybe a dozen times that is broken

The Greenhouse arrived quickly in two well packed boxes. After staring at the boxes for two days, knowing the task ahead, I unpacked and checked the contents which were comprehensive and well labelled. I found the instructions and followed the steps which at times needed you to stop and study as it was based around pictures mainly. Its definately a two person job and helps if it is a day without wind. After 8 hours the Greenhouse was finished. It is a robust structure that is well made and certainly value for money. I would certainly recommend it, but the assembly takes time.

Outsunny ALU-GEWÄCHSHAUS, mit Fenster, Schiebetür, Fundament, für Garten, Balkon, Schwarz. wurde von uns über XXL Lutz bestellt. Lieferung super schnell und voller Service dafür. Das Produkt okay bei dem Preis kann man nicht viel erwarten, aber der Aufbau dieses kleinen Gewächshauses brachte mich weit über meinen Ruhepuls hinaus. Wenn man der Anleitung folgt, benötigt man ca 4 paar Hände zum Halten. Weil wenn man diese nicht hat baut man manche Seite ca 20 mal auf. Und weil man dann gefrustet ist übersieht man die Tolle Technik der Schrauben in Schlitze führen, anschließend mit später folgenden Bauteilen, mit Muttern Verbunden werden. Wenn man dann weiter voran kommt, kommt man irgendwann an die Stelle wo die vorher nicht eingeführten Schrauben fehlen. Dann muss man wieder zurück Bauen, denn eine nachträgliches einschieben der Schrauben ist meist nicht mehr möglich.

I initially paid double from a big box for what was billed as a heavy duty steel gazebo to replace our old one. It had the worst tack welds I have ever seen. Thankfully we found you on line and it came in a week. The workmanship was not quite as good as the prior one but considering it was half the price of the supposed heavy duty piece of junk it was well worth it. Thank you!

The Outsunny 3 Seater Wooden Garden Swing Chair with Side Tables in dark grey was relatively cheap however was made from inferior fir wood with splinters and a couple of cracks then covered in paint. This was not like Canadian fir but likely grown somewhere much warmer and therefore less dense and lighter weight. It was not particularly easy to assemble and was delivered missing some screws and washers. I had to recut the notches in the top bar to get the legs to fit with the cross braces. The hardware bags were not labelled, though the screw and bolt sizes were provided in the instructions in very small print. Overall more frustrating to assemble than my kitcar!

Totally impossible to put together, flimsy, unintelligible instructions. Avoid at all costs.

Ho acquistato queste due serre con l'aspettativa di poter riparare adeguatamente dal freddo le mie piante, in particolare alcuni agrumi a cui tengo molto (come finger lime e yuzu), durante l'inverno qui a Como. Purtroppo, il prodotto si è rivelato molto al di sotto delle aspettative.

I materiali costruttivi si sono dimostrati troppo fragili. La struttura tubolare risulta eccessivamente leggera, ma il problema principale ha riguardato la copertura: la plastica è molto sottile e le cuciture hanno ceduto in tempi decisamente troppo brevi. Anche le cerniere si sono bloccate e danneggiate quasi subito con il normale utilizzo, rendendo impossibile chiudere la serra e lasciando le piante esposte al clima.

Ho contattato il venditore per segnalare l'usura prematura e anomala del prodotto, richiedendo l'applicazione della garanzia. Purtroppo, la mia richiesta è stata respinta. Il venditore non ha riconosciuto un'eventuale debolezza dei materiali, ma ha attribuito la responsabilità del danno al sottoscritto, ipotizzando un mio errore nella fase di montaggio o un utilizzo scorretto.

Sono molto dispiaciuto sia per la scarsa durata dell'articolo, sia per come è stata gestita la richiesta di assistenza. Mi aspettavo un prodotto più resistente e una maggiore tutela del cliente in caso di problemi. Personalmente, non mi sento di consigliarne l'acquisto.
