Contacted So Energy after comparing tariffs with other suppliers to see if they could offer me a better deal. Grace was really helpful, answered all my questions clearly and found me a competitive tariff that suited what I was looking for.
I have always found So Energy easy to deal with, my meter readings are updated quickly and customer service has been excellent whenever I've needed them. Happy to stay with them for another two years.

We purchased a Dyson V11 after our old Dyson vacuum packed up.
Initially everything worked fine with the V11 until the battery stopped charging.
Knowing we have a guarantee on the machine we fully expected a quick resolution and expected a new battery to be sent with the usual apologie.
After speaking on the phone to customer care we have been put on a priority list for a replacement battery, months have passed with no battery arriving.
Will definitely not be using Dyson products again if this doesn't get resolved.

Unfortunately on this occasion the company fell very short on my expectations.
I bear in mind the price I paid for my Litfad bath tub when I say that the quality is not the best, uneven cuts to the panel ends, being unable to remove the side panel as it's fibre glassed to the bath is going to make installing very awkward.
I have three taps, one tap turns very smooth, one tap squeaks and the other grinds.
After waiting weeks and weeks for delivery although the bath tub is very attractive to the eye, I am full of regret with my purchase due to the cost of the whole experience, even considering returning it.

Placed two different orders the same night.
Neither order has shown up on my account and only one order arrived.
If it doesn't show up on my account I cannot complain to the retailer about the lost parcel and I had seemed to have lost my money, but..
After finding a way to contact OnBuy my query was sorted within two days which shows a great customer service in my opinion.
Now in the process of arranging my refund with the retailer for the item which wasn't sent

From my experience a poor customer service.
I accidentally switched tariff whilst scrolling through a email, there was no confirmation screen it just switched me over.
Took three attempts talking to customer service to cancel the switch.

Ordered a gun metal lighter for a Christmas present, turned up on time and was very pleased with the quality however after gifting it we found out it never worked.
Emailed DOE and they helpfully offered me a choice of two as a replacement however not the colour I wanted. Gold or Iridescent.. I chose Iridescent.
When the Gold lighter arrived a few days later and arrived dented I informed them of their mistake and sent a image of the damage but now get ignored..
Frustrating as I have a lighter I want but don't work and a lighter I don't want but works!!

Poor service, I ordered a lovely photo cushion for a 18th birthday present, the cushion arrived a few days before with lovely photos surrounding the centre square which was a big black square with very faint writing. This looked nothing like the image I created and had no warning whilst creating it that the font may not be 100% clear. I explained all of this and was not offered any help or solution from the company. Just a sorry.
Photobox is just interested in taking your money as soon as possible and washing their hands afterwards if anything is wrong. Very poor customer service, I am very disappointed but thankfully I was saved by a local company who managed to make alterations to the cushion just in time. The last time I use photo box

Fantastic service from Vertical Blinds, the blinds are very well made and came at a reasonable price.

Ordered a belt for a washing machine and believe they have sent the incorrect one, cannot email them and they will not answer the phones or call me back..

Found my perfect spa bath after hours of searching the internet from the whirlpool bath shop, ordered and sat back and waited, two days later received a phone call from the company to confirm where i wanted the controls located. Another week went by thought i would phone to check on my order only to be told that the bath i ordered didn't exist anymore, discussed an alternative over the phone and the company worked a deal and i ordered a bath side panel and a pillow (not the pillow i wanted though as the pillow advertised on their website didn't exist anymore) All wasn't delivered on the day they promised and after waiting in all day, phoned the company who apologised and arranged a saturday delivery, Delivered on the day eventually but they forgot to pass information to the manufacturer and the controls were installed in the wrong place, the pillow i originally wanted but didn't exist anymore was sent but no bath side panel. They wasn't open on Saturday so couldn't contact anyone directly about the problem. The bath panel was sent out next day delivery the following week and they sent the wrong size and style, was told by the company that the style panel i ordered from the photo on their webpage didn't exist anymore... All a very frustrating experience, falsely advertising products they couldn't get anymore, and us having to 'make do' not with the bath i wanted but with one of the baths they they could get hold of..
