I tried to sign up to the 5 hours a…
I tried to sign up to the 5 hours a night of cheap electricity for an electric car. I put the vehicle registration in to verify vehicle but then there was nothing. I left it a couple of days but you just asked for the vehicle details again. Also the new tariff is £67 per month higher than the current one so why can’t I just renew the current - that was not an option. It is VERY misleading. I wish I had left myself more time to research other companies. I don’t think I am getting a deal here by licking myself in again.

I spoke to Micheal who was professional…
I spoke to Micheal who was professional polite and assisted me with my enquiry.
I have recently left So engery to go with British gas. Micheal explained my accoubt was in credit by 64 and that the change of had already happened . I was tokd i do not need to do anything at present but to leave my direct debit in place to get my refund.

Customer Service on email were not very…
Customer Service on email were not very good. Kept telling me that the meter and everything were recording all ok but the little recording device that you can you use to check on your meeting has never worked. "Not sending out an engineer" is the message I got from them. Nice!
