Unfortunately, we are unable to find any order details linked to this review, as it was left anonymously. This makes it difficult for us to look into the situation properly or assist you directly.

At WOOVIN, every customer is able to return their order in line with our 14-day return policy. When returning an item, the shipping costs for sending the package back to the verified store are normally borne by the customer. The return shipping fee you mentioned (€20) is determined by the shipping provider you chose and depends on factors such as distance and location. As WOOVIN, we unfortunately have no influence over the shipping rates set by external carriers.

In most cases, return shipping within the BeNeLux or Germany, where we are primarily active, costs around €10. However, if you are located further within Europe and return a package to the Netherlands, shipping costs can indeed be higher. In such cases, the choice remains with the customer whether to keep the item or proceed with the return.

That said, we genuinely regret that you had a negative experience. We would very much like to help clarify or resolve this matter, but unfortunately cannot do so without any order information. Based on our records, we do not see any return registered with shipping costs of €20. We kindly invite you to contact us via email or provide additional details through Trustpilot so we can look into this for you properly.

Regarding the 1-5 business days, sneakers are indeed shipped by our stores within this timeframe. After that, the shipping company takes over and delivers them to you as the customer. Since you are located in Germany and most of our stores are in the Netherlands or Belgium, we anticipate that this is the case for your order as well. It may indeed take a few days for the delivery to reach you, but we expect that it should arrive within 10 days under normal circumstances.

If you can't reach the store directly, you can always contact us. We're here to assist everyone within a few hours. We don't see an order under your name, so we're unable to look into this for you at the moment. Could you please send an email to our support team as soon as possible?

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the store accidentally sending you the wrong sneakers. We have resolved this issue promptly today, as you were informed.

The correct sneakers, the adidas Campus 00s Core Black in size 41 1/3, are already on their way to you, and you have received the return label for the incorrect pair. You confirmed that you will ship the sneakers back to the store tomorrow. So everything is resolved now and you can enjoy your new sneakers at the end of this week.

While such logistical errors are rare, they can unfortunately happen, but we’re glad everything has been resolved for you directly this morning!
