Service was good, we were kept up to date on everything that was happening and our questions were answered quickly.
After contracts were exchanged we were constantly pestered to leave a good review to help their career progression. It got very annoying during a very busy time.

We didn't know what to expect when using MUVE, but they have exceeded our expectations. Dhanukrishan and Mohamed were brilliant throughout, they provided detailed information every step of the way and responded to our queries very quickly. Being able to upload documents and track progress online made the process much more manageable and allowed us to fit things in at times to suit us.

Firstly adheebha was brilliant she was very informative and any issues that arose she was quick to reassure me and to sort it out. She regularly kept me up to date on where we were in the process and always answered any questions I had. Dithara was very good at helping me guide through each step with ease and letting me know what i needed to do next. She regularly kept me up to date with all the forms that were coming through and what i needed to do. The only constructive criticism i have of the whole process is that i found mistakes on 4 forms which they missed but as soon as i told them about them they got them rectified in a timely fashion.

Do not use Muve. Absolutely awful. Will likely cost me my house move. My seller is using them and it’s the worst I’ve ever seen in responses and response time, these good reviews have got to be fake. DO NOT USE.

Excellent service from start to completion,
First property fell through due to structural issues, we found another property and paid for the light speed service. Reon Leonard was our account manager and kept in frequent contact, with calls and emails, was very quick to answer any queries we had in a timely manner.
Our conveyancer Mahiru Ratnasiri was very good and also responded to all queries.
The service has been great and if the sellers estate agents/Solicitors had been on the ball we would have completed around a month earlier. Though we still completed in 9 weeks which is still quick.

I would highly recommend Muve conveyancing and will also be using again in the future.

Extremely disappointing experience with Muve for what should have been a standard remortgage. A lack of basic legal due diligence at the outset led to five months of wasted time, immense frustration, and unnecessary out-of-pocket costs.
Our lease and title documents were supposedly reviewed in May, yet the initial conveyancer completely failed to identify that the property's ground rent terms breached standard lender criteria. It was only after our file was passed to a second conveyancer a month later that this was even flagged. Had this fundamental check been completed properly on day one, we would have known immediately that an expensive Deed of Variation would be required and stopped the process before incurring costs for company and identity verification checks.
We ultimately had to abort the entire transaction due to prohibitive freeholder fees that should have been anticipated months earlier.

What amazing service and value for money. They did what they said. Heshani my account manager kept me informed weekly. Tinalee my Solicitor took the reins and made the transaction really simple and smooth. Will definitely use them both again!!

As first-time buyers, the whole conveyancing process was completely new to us, so having the right people supporting us made such a difference. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service from Shalini Wijesooriya and Dinali Ranasinghe.

Our purchase wasn’t always straightforward, with completion dates changing and some fairly tight deadlines along the way. This was particularly stressful as we were also trying to organise our rental notice and moving arrangements. Throughout it all, Dinali kept us regularly updated, answered all our questions and always made sure we knew what was happening. Her communication and reassurance really helped take away a lot of the stress.
