The website is easy to navigate and your orders are dispatched and delivered promptly (always) if you have any questions, you can easily pick up the phone and speak to people in the know and they deal with anything promptly and efficiently.

I recently had an order that was missing a few items (box was damaged in transit, so assuming it was down to the courier) this was a very large order! I just picked up the phone, got through to someone fast and they handled my missing items, had them dispatched and resent out within a few working days! Exceptional service as i would have expected to wait to see if the items were located through DPD, but nope they sent them immediately. Couldn’t do enough to help.

This is not just an online company, you, really do have polite well mannered people on the end of a phone willing to help if needed, very rare these days.
