If I could give this company zero stars I definitely would...Did not get what I ordered from them I have emailed them several times but I am been ignored which is not good Customer service and they are not replying to my mails....Customer service is shocking and I definitely do not recommend.......

I reached out to customer service regarding a recent order that I had placed and their response was very quick and extremely helpful. They got things sorted out (I didn’t even have my order number) in a friendly and professional manner. And the product is awesome!!

Bras were made from very cheap material. Not comfortbale at all and the sizes were wrong ( i used their chart and measured everything accordingly). My usual size felt like 2 sizes smaller. Tried to return to their UK address, but they gave the address that does not exist so post returned my parcel to me after multiple attempts. Madam muse not responding to the emails. Guys, if you have this situation, do not waste your time, create dispute form via your bank to get the money back. I was chasing the company and they still did not refund. Once i treatened, they responded and then said yes as dispute forms can affect their business

I ordered 2 bras they arrived and within 30 mins I emailed for a refund. They did not fit and cheap quality.they said yes to refund as per their policy and then the problems started. I did everything they asked all hoops jumped through but still no refund.two weeks later I called the bank as I paid on credit card. I sent proof they had got the goods back 2 days after I sent them back they said otherwise. Its been an absolute pain and the customer service seems none existent. The keep sending how did we do questionnaire s. Id never buy from them ever again

Oh my goodness...atlast a bra that's so comfortable you forget your even wearing one !!!
No more constantly pulling straps back onto your shoulder.
The smooth fit is fantastic under any clothing from a t-shirt to a dress...I think ive bought 8 now ??!!....love them.

I love this product. The support I got when I lost the extender on my first jelly bra, was exceptional. I am a loyal customer forever now. Highly recommend the product for its unique comfort, but also the customer support afterwards.

Have not received my bra order from September. I was offered a credit for the purchase and have not seen that either

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Had to return, they gave me an address in Birmingham, their only uk postal address, posted 1st time with Royal, tracked, it came back to me, no company/no one at that address, tried again with Evri, came back to me again, company does not exist. They are now not responding at all to e-mails. Next step ... TRADING STANDARDS !!

I had breast surgery and had a hard time finding a good bra with no underwire. This bra is exactly what works best for Me and is so comfortable.

I ordered 2 jelly bras from Madam Muse. Unfortunately neither one fitted.
I contacted them immediately for a full refund. They were quick to respond and happy to refund.
However I decided to gift one of the bras and exchange the other for a different size.
I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received in dealing with the issues. Communication and courteousness was excellent throughout the process.

Items take an age to arrive, their refund policy says to email, you email, no reply. Expensive cheap rubbish. Dont waste your time or money. Having to get a charge back with my bank.

Great bras, really comfortable and wash well. Supportive enough for a 36E. Now have eight of them and rarely wear other brands.

If there was a 0 or minus numbers that would be my rating! DO NOT ORDER from this company. It took forever for my order to come which didn’t fit. After I don’t know how many emails I have still not heard from them to exchange or to get a refund😡 It is a total scam!

I would give them a negative if there was the option. They refuse to refund me the 2nd payment they took from my account. They take 2 weeks to reply to an email if they reply at all. Horrible customer service and poor product.

Too long a wait to receive. Wrong size sent (XS) despite a second sticker on the inside of package with the size (XL). I paid shipping, now they want shipping costs if I want to return for another!! Or 30% refund on an item I have no use for. DO NOT BUY - BUYER BEWARE. I'll take this off when I get my size or full refund

The item was really nice but the wrong size. It's impossible to get any help from customer service to exchange. Numerous emails go unanswered. Also, delivery takes a couple of weeks.

I appreciate Madam Muse replying to this negative review and I would be more than happy for them to contact me to resolve this. Could they also contact all the other hundreds of unsatisfied customers who are in the same position. Look on social media groups to see how unhappy people are with the lack of customer service response.

I am very disappointed with my recent bra purchase. The bra I received is not as advertised. It does not provide any lift, and the gel pads are ineffective. Rather than enhancing my figure, it actually minimizes my bust size.

If I could give a zero, I would. I have one bra that I like, although it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered 2 more that don’t fit and have asked to return to the UK address for a refund. No response after several emails across a few days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have also been bombarded with emails and terrible spam since sharing my details. They owe me nearly £50.

Fantastic. Ive struggled with finding the right bra. Dont like wire but need the uplift. Getting older and losing weight dont help with, so saw this company and thought why not try. Bought two scollop bras so pleased bought another one. Great bras. Nice shape and lift. Very good bra. Very pleased and highly recommend. Good price.

I have contacted this company numerous times, first because my order took a month to arrive and now because one of the bras doesn’t fit and I want to return it for a refund. No one reply’s, I have also contacted via Instagram so this is my last hope. I would not recommend this company.
