DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. No customer service, exchanged my order for a different size, new size still doesn't fit, exchange now not eligible for return or exchange. I now have 6 bras that are far too big, standard response on email to return through the portal but not eligible. I am going to escalate this to trading standards.

Bought 3 items from Conturve just short of £70 i didn't like how they felt when trying them on so filled in the returns form asking for a full refund but was given gift cards instead and told to keep the items. I have emailed several times but get the same message "fill the return forms in' so disappointed with this company. Make sure you get it your order right first time because you will not get any joy from customer support or money back even though they say you will. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Shocking returns policy, so buyer beware. They will do anything they can to try and keep your money. I ordered a bra and it doesn't fit so I tried to return it. Firstly the link to the returns portal via my orders was broken, so I had to contact them via social media to get a working link. Then the returns process is overly complicated, with several unnecessary steps, each one trying to force you to accept the refund onto a gift card, with the option to receive the refund to your original payment method the less obvious of the two choices. They do this in the hope that you will accidently accept a refund onto a gift card as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states "The refund must be in the same form as the original payment unless the consumer agrees otherwise". Therefore if they can trick into accepting a gift card they don't have to give you your money back via your original payment method.

I'm digitally literate enough to navigate this cumbersome returns process and received a confirmation that I would receive a refund to the original payment method, however a few minutes later I received a gift card instead. Emailed to dispute this and got an email asking me to provide my order details so they could process it to my credit card instead. Sent the confirmation and got a generic reply telling me how I could exchange an item, or begin a return, even though the return is already underway. Replied to that and have had no reply since. I also left a message via the help page that promises a member of the team will get back to me withing 24 hours. Sent the message on Saturday evening; it is now Wednesday evening and I havent even had an automated acknowledgement, let alone human contact.

This company hopes that their customers are not digitally literate enough to navigate the returns so they can trick them into accepting a gift card instead, or that they won't dispute the gift card when they receive it instead of a refund to the original payment method. Unfortunately for them I am petty AF so will absolutely dispute this and pursue my right to a refund back onto my credit card. With proof that the company agreed to provide me with this it is a really dumb move on their part to now ghost me over £23.99. Doesn't speak highly to the integrity of the company, or their general business acumen. Given there are untold retailers of similar products out there with a transparent returns policy and the ability to follow the law, it really isn't worth taking the risk and ordering a product from this company unless you are absolutely sure you will be keeping it.

Bought 2 bras size xl perfect fit and comfy, would be 5 stars but bought the shaper cami in xl and it’s smaller than the bra so not such a good fit as the bra ☹️

So easy to order. Arrives on time. Lovely packaging. Superb quality underwear. So soft . Highly recommend. A*++++++

I've purchased a few times from them now, I also bought a strapless bra but had to exchange it for a larger one I should have known to get larger one because they have to be very tight to hold you up, there were no problems at all exchanging,
The bras fit perfectly and they are very comfortable, they've definitely got support for your boobs without the painful wires.

Ordered a bra however it didn't have enough support in it for me so I Asked for a refund via original my payment being my debit card. Within minutes of submitting the returns form I had an email to say I can keep the bra no need to return it and they will refund me. They however sent me a gift card online instead. I've Tried to get it corrected to have a refund done via original payment and they are not responding to me, not happy at all!!

The bra I ordered was too big, I asked for an exchange and they sent one. This is also not the right size. When I asked to return they sent me the return portal. I'm unable to return either of my bras. Customer service is beyond awful and didn't resolve the return. I now have two bras that don't fit and out of pocket. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - DO NOT USE.

Can’t get in touch with customer service. I’m wanting to return an item and have left a message on their chat to get back to me at least twice but they don’t reply.

Comfortable but no support.
This bra was comfortable to wear around the house but it offered no support for my larger breasts. When first put on was ok but would need to adjust constantly to hold my breasts up. This had gaping under the armpits and did not look flattering. Would probably be great for someone with a smaller cup size but was not for me.

Ordered a strapless bra & paid for it, then a pop up appeared for a promotion that I tried to get rid of but ended up adding 2 additional bras( not in my size) to my order, taking payment for them (with no further confirmation of adjustment to my order). I went onto their website to amend the order when noticing the mistake, tried contacting them & received no help or the ability to ajust the order. When the order arrived I went onto their returns to send back the unwanted items to now find it says they are not eligable for return. Their chat service on the website sends you in an endless loop once you do get a reply saying to use their return portal for a refund & I can keep the items but I cannot do this as the site will not let me. I am now out of pocket with items I don't want. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Easy to order on the website. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for one of my items but the customer service was excellent and the item was replaced immediately

I love the bras seamless pants and cami from this company. I don’t think I will ever wear a normal bra again these are so comfortable and great support as I am a 34F so ordered Large. I feel like I don’t have a bra on. There was one small issue which the customer services rectified straight away good communication by email. True to size. I have already recommended to my friend and she ordered and loved the bra. Definitely would order again thank you Conturve well done.

Customer service is shocking! I cannot speak to a human. Bra doesnt fit, portal wont let me return , says not eligable altho its not in the sale or reduced ! Sent over 10 emails and messages, I am now out of pocket and no one is responding to me

I won't wear any other bra but the Wire Free Shaper Bra. It is so supportive and comfortable. It is made from soft, quality material with sewn in cup pads, which really matters when you've spent hours re-positioning them in inferior bras after washing. I just love them, rate them and recommend them. Great range of colours too. Easy ordering and payment options.

UPDATE: a refund has been provided

I've been waiting for a response so I can return the item, but I still haven't heard anything. If they had an online returns portal, the process would be much better than having to wait for a delayed response or no response at all. Judging by other reviews, they should have replied by now, but it's starting to look like they won't. Unfortunately, this has made what should have been a straightforward return process unnecessarily frustrating.

I bought a strapless bra from this company not supportive at all went through the process of a refund waiting to send back and was told I was to keep it and they would give me a refund as well I don't want the item but they only gave me a quarter of the refund and now they won't reply to my emails. Do not buy from this company they rob you I am going to take it further its a scam

Very comfortable fit and true to size. It came with 2 pairs of straps: one the same colour as the bra and one clear. The material is very good quality and has washed well.
Overall very I'm very happy with this purchase.

I would pick less than one star if possible. Three items ordered. Not happy with them so I want to return. Nothing wrong with them - my choice. Their “returns portal” is clearly geared up to stop returns. Pop ups - comments to save the planet and keep the goods.. no I want a cash refund (I “paid in three”). I get email saying “here is your gift card refund” which is not what I requested and they say I can keep the goods. Clearly showing they have no value.. I don’t want the goods. I want my money back and confirmation that the other two payments will not be taken. Now they will not reply to emails. Hey ho - off to Trading Standards we go!
