The jewelry I received is such low quality. Nothing like the items that were shown. I had my credit union dispute it and received a refund, but they submitted again and it was taken out of my account

I will say this couple has to be the only people I know

I have ordered a couple of times now from H&J Liverpool, taking them up on their kind offer, and am very pleased with the items I ordered and received.
Delivery was within 2 weeks of ordering and the packaging was good. I am very happy! Thank you H&J. Good luck in your retirement!

Oh dear, bought these small earrings with seed pearls set in gold in the shape of a pineapple. Looked nice, and thought the delivery price only of £24 was a bargain for what was advertised as a £160 item. But, oh dear, this turns out to be a clever scam on a web-wide scale. No markings on the gold of my earrings to indicate they're 9ct, very lightweight, with pearlised beads, so they are just extremely cheapo costume jewellery. That said, they are very attractive, though I wouldn't have paid more than £8.99 for said item had I realised. What a swizz!!!

I give two stars only because the jewelry I ordered did arrive. Alas, they would not send my order until I ‘donated’ $10 to the company as they’re going under.
The jewelry is so very cheap, looks and weighs like old gramma jewelry. I can’t wear this stuff! Gave it all to my granddaughter to play with. Dissatisfied.

Supposedly only pay for freight, closing down, so everything free. Still advertising, didn't get goods. Eventually got refund but took a month. Obviously a scam. Communication was hard via email, plenty of sales info though.

Ordered a bracelet in silver. Within one week the "silver" had rubbed off and beneath was a pink looking colour which left your arm green. Scam comes to mind.

I was impressed with emails re tracking. Ordered again for gifts to family members -gratefully received.

Although my delivery was later than I expected, communication was great and encouraging! I didn't realize the company was in Liverpool, I thought it was in the US. I love the jewelry I ordered as gifts for my daughter-in-law and other family members. I am sure everyone will be happy with their surprise gifts. Thank you for keeping me informed. I ordered some rings and love them very they are beautiful and fit perfectly. and I recieved them Very quickly too . Im very pleased about how fast the arrived at my door. the quality is great

I paid over the odds for postage, have actually seen some of the same jewellery on temu for a fraction of the postage costs, none of the jewellery I received was real gold or silver it's a con.

I got exactly what I ordered and I am very pleased with it. I would order again.

I was happy with the 5/6 item's but the mystery pack i was very disappointed as I was sent just about the same things as I ordered i thought I would get different colour stone at least and even though you pay for delivery for each piece it all comes tighter with only one box not ideal for gifts xx
