After a really negative experience the first time round with our solicitors (buying our home), we were'nt looking forward to the process again when it came to sell.
However, Grace and her team managed to ease our worry, concern and scepticism about the process! :)
They were professional, very quick to respond, easy to get a hold of and always went above and beyond.
With what was quite a difficult and long sale, the HMD Legal Team (Grace, Dagmara & Zahira), were nothing short of fantastic!
I would *highly* recommend their services, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We used HMD to buy 1 property & sell another, Grace & the team were brilliant, quick, responsive and unbelievably helpful dealing with numerous enquiries and pushing both sales along at a speedy rate. Very professional and at a very reasonable price. Can't compliment the company enough, especially Grace who lead & was absolutely brilliant throughout both deals.

I hadn't used an on-line service previously and wasn't sure what to expect. My experience was positive. Any questions I had were answered quickly, sometimes outside of office hours.
The conveyance was completed in a timely fashion.

I had a very disappointing experience with my solicitors during the sale of my property. Communication was consistently poor, and I frequently found myself having to chase for updates and responses.

I also felt that I was doing much of the work myself, including chasing the council for important documents, identifying what documentation was required, and sending documents through to the solicitors. I would have expected my solicitor to take a much more proactive role in managing these requirements and progressing the sale.

Responses were slow, and I am particularly frustrated that documents do not appear to have been requested early enough. In my view, these delays contributed significantly to the sale taking longer than necessary and put the transaction at unnecessary risk. I would not recommend HMD legal or use them again.

I honestly cannot thank Nicola Peacock enough for everything she has done for us throughout the sale of our property.

Nicola has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She has kept everything moving, kept us informed and has seen the sale through right to the very end. What impressed me most was her commitment — she even replied to us on days when she was on annual leave and actually away on holiday, which really shows the level of service and dedication she gives to her clients.

Buying and selling property can be stressful, but having someone like Nicola dealing with the legal side of things makes a massive difference. I always felt that she was on top of everything and genuinely wanted to get the matter completed for us.

I have been so impressed with Nicola that she is now dealing with another property I am selling, and going forward she will be the solicitor I use for every property transaction we are involved in.

HMD Legal especially Grace was amazing from start to finish. They never answer the phone or return email. I suggest you dont used them. Its been a nightmare
