it comes with a generous 1 year warranty. I have not tried it out properly yet as the pump had an issue but the owner is sending me a new one. it's clear they pay close attention to detail so I hope it works well.

I used to rely on cable clamping and pumping primarily for girth gains before. But the expansion, safety and ease of use I get from the Fenrir clamp is unparalleled compared to anything else for girth. The price is very fair and I am getting in great sessions thanks to it.

Since it's produced by order, the time from order/payment to product is recieved is relatively long, with the cheapest/slowest shipping option it took almost 40 days to get the product for me, BUT they inform clearly about this on their website, so it was expected. But it is useful to know, when you place an order, outside of the immediate order confirmation, you will not hear from them in over 20 work days, and it may feel like they have forgotten about you, but rest assured they have not, it's just manufacturing time. You will get the product and it is great.

Something broke on the device because I tightened a screw too much. I reached out to explain what happened and they gave me a replacement part free of charge. This is the second time I accidentally broke something on the device and in both instances they sent me replacement parts free of charge. They even paid the shipping. That is why I will continue to do business with them. Thank you Fenrir!

There were missing items in the first shipment. Fenrir was able to fix the issue quickly. Upon having the full set is say that the product and experience has exceeded my expectations.
