Who wants to start a class action lawsuit. Because according to what my lawyer said it would be a strong case with all of the proof

I submitted a gift card on 7/4 and still have not received a payout. This company is a scam.

Drained my 2 gift cards pending for over a month, no answer through email, nothing a big scam,

PRIMO-21E032-C655 its been a month and a half and I still haven't been paid. This place is a complete scam. Nothing legit about it. They took my money off my card the first day. Now its been over 40 days and I haven't recieved a penny. Dont get scammed. Stay away from this place. I dont even no.why trust pilot would put their name on something like this. Seems to me like they might be in on it. Why else would they lend their logo to a complete scam.

I have been waiting 25 days I sold them a home Depot card. They send bot responses telling me they are still waiting on my wife but i have yet to get an honest reply these guys are shady .if you want to get money for your card don't send here!+

They advertise same day service. It's been weeks and I still have not received payment. I can't contact anyone through customer service. Basically they have stolen a $100 gift card from me.

Didn't get my money for gift card I sold them.

Payment was delayed by couple of days and support explained but I expected more faster processing!

I submitted 2 cards at once 3 weeks ago and was supposed to receive $415 … they immediately took the money off the gift cards and have not paid me yet. I have spoken to a detective when I went to press charges , he told me to give me a week and let him investigate first. He called me back yesterday. He told me to file a report with the BBB and the FTC … then im going to the police station a file fraud charges against this company along with the state filing charges of maintaining property/money under false pretense and the state will prosecute on that charge ..State is also gonna add a charge of using digital device / service to defraud (wire fraud) . These charges require them to be expedited to North Carolina to face those felony charges no matter where they are arrested . I warned them in an email . , I am not some person that’s just gonna go away . Monday August 10 2026 when I get back in town I am filing those charges with the state picking up the other felonies.. ,//September 1st 2026 Update \\ fraud , wire fraud and obtaining property under false pretense Charges have been filed against this crooked business.. being investigated By the NC SBI .. I warned them. I follow through

They took down there website wtf took all our gift cards wiped them and then took down there website bogus af I needed the money for my family what a piece of shit company 😒

If I could give it 0 stars I would I’ve been waiting for literally almost a month and no update I’m constantly emailing them and talking to the bot and nothing, they say they’ll connect me with a live person and the person never connects and my gift card is gone

Complete scam. Justin Cooper, if that's even his real name, should be arrested. Check my transaction - PRIMO-E39E6F-3D8C. 31 DAYS and no movement. Money was taken the day I submitted the card. I have reached out via email several times and get the same generic response. They owe me 255.00. Do not use this company!!!

Submitted an unused gift card from Best Buy on Jul 23, 6:55 AM ET (PRIMO-4074BA-1817). The balance was drained shortly after. Their Site says most are approved in under 8 hours, and also claims that when the card clears verification the payout is sent the same day. It obviously got cleared since the balance went to $0 not long after submiting. there is no update at all on the order page and the customer service chat is garbage no one ever responds even though the AI does a good job acting as if your problem matters assuring a real person will respond and work ro resovle any issues.

These are scammers! They will ask for the gift card, put you in a queue and then drain your GIFT card!

they rip me off 160 so about 95 payout but I cancelled the submission after about 2 weeks of sitting at stage 1 processing. was told my money should have never left my card it was never actually submitted. but here we are, maybe 3 months later, still no word on anything. scamming 101.🤦🏼‍♂️ & I'm the sucker.
