I do not know what card they ACTUALLY accept by l do know that I RARELY use this company any more but they usually delcine cards and they just declined the last two. I would love to know ACTUAL cards they accept

clunky app. Unable to upload multiple cards at once. Locked out easily and cards get denied despite being scanned in on app.

I was uneasy at first but after some research I gave it a try and it was fast easy and totally worth it. Saved me out of a tight spot.

My first transaction/swap with P2C was smooth and straight forward, no problems at all and actually got my deposit earlier than expected.... but NOW (second time use) it's up in the air and I'm not getting nowhere. I contacted CS and they didn't have any answers either, whether I was getting my deposit or not. so now I can't get my gift card back until they decide to review it or approve it. It's been stuck on "pending" for two days, no answers going forward. It's messy. And they also had "technical" issues so maybe that is causing the delay too. Point is, they should have mentioned this technicality before hand so people aren't stuck waiting around, not knowing what is happening to their card/deposit. It's pointless and lazy to me. Def not very good business practice either soooooo...
I want my gift card or the deposit! Not hard

UPDATE: got my refund after days but they also deleted my account. Nice 👎

Quick and easy

I do focus groups, mock juries and product testing for a living. I've always been paid with virtual cards. I looked into some sites and they wanted to take 50%, or you had to transfer it to bitcoin. And then I came across prepaid to cash and they have been phenomenal. I have had nothing but fantastic results and superior customer service. I saw some of these other reviews and I don't know who wrote them, but it's definitely not about this company. Because this company is a plus all the way

15 days 2 sent support emails and nothing but pending endless. The support phone number is (415) 650-1875 (never answered and had to look off prepaid2cash website). The four star rating must be old or from fake reviews. DON’T USE PREPAID2CASH SCAM!

They don’t email back fast enough with Proper explanation they rejected my transactions and more so I’m going to keep the review at a 1 star

The same day service is no longer available with your funds being held over 24 hours AFTER approval and before being released/deposited into your account.

Everything good

First transaction was fast. Everything’s completely streamlined. Financial adjacent apps always make me hesitant, but they know what they’re doing. It’s legit.

I put my card in they took the money but have not paid mr and in does not show up in my account on their app.

The took the balance off my card and then disabled my account

They say it takes 24 hours to review your transaction, it actually takes 48 hours, to the hour, at which point they come back and ask for more unnecessary information.

I have (2) transactions pending and after requesting them to be canceled, they are unresponsive. I'm going to wait another 24 hours before I escalate this issue.

UPDATE: They straight up removed my transaction from my history, like it was never made. Thankfully I have screenshots and can reference my digital card transaction history.

The process was smooth and excellent.
