Do not deal with this company, failed to do the one touch switch as promised, cost me over £100 - have had an active complaint for over 6 months - great promises but never return calls or emails.

The broadband itself is fine, I replaced the router as it was pretty poor.

Tech Team is actually ok.

The gent from 4th utility i spoke to this morning from billing, was the most helpful gent I've spoken to in a very long time. I'm a tec fobe so he did everything for me. I'm sorry I can't remember his name which is a shame. But a big thank you
