So I have to send back my rooter as always the email I get won't let me put in my details so I phoned fibrely and spoke to Jane who helped me fill out the form and we got it sorted thanks Jane

im going through a hard time financially. Customer services was impeccable (advisor called Roy) very sympathetic, straight to the point and helped me sort my over due balance and get my broadband back up and running. Love my Fibrely Boardband!

I changed from virgin to fibrely and have finished my first 18 month contract. I have had no issues with the internet and has stayed stable. Coming to the end of my contract I called Matthew and had a brief conversation about upgrading and it was yep we can do that and here have an extra £15 credit.

No hard sale no fuss no up selling just simple what I wanted then they offered the credit. That is how you keep customers.

Virgin no we can't do that and leave it a day before my open reach installation and I said too late and I'm glad I've moved on. I be getting 1gbs for similar price of 300mbs.

While Donald was incredibly helpful, the long hold time made having to call back frustrating—a single call to resolve everything would have been ideal.

Donald was extremely helpful and friendly, answered my questions quickly and got everything sorted out in one go. So far, after being with the for a week, I would recommend Fibrely. (Although Live Chat is currently disabled so you do have to phone up).

Perfect every time, calls are picked up very quickly, no wait time. Staff are amazing and pleasant to chat to. Had issues with WiFi installation at first, so I called up and spoke to one of their staff members Miles, who was very helpful and patient, and resolved the issue very quickly, and was a pleasure to chat to throughout the entire process. Very happy with Fibrely and their customer service so far!

What a complete joke, I took on a esim plan from Fibrely following an offer when they started to sponsor SWFC.

So far the problems have been a mess, after 3 weeks they cant issue a replacement esim and I am still waiting. Customer Services cant help, logged a complaint and its like pulling teeth.
Billing is another issue they finally billed me after over 6 weeks.
Think my next step is the Ombudsman and cancel the contract.
Also the offer of a SWFC shirt, is still outstanding, although it should have been here 3 weeks ago as well..
One to avoid...

Natasha was very helpful and accommodating to what I needed. Very polite manner.

Customer service was amazing,i spoke to matthew he was great up and running with in minutes, and they understood our situation and gave us 2 weeks to pay our bill,

Following being connected, open reach hadn’t changed to my fibrely router and it seemed I was still piggybacking off my old account - I rang and spoke to a wonderfully patient young man named Mark who was able to talk me through every stage required to set up my new router and enter all relevant passwords etc on my mobile and TV - fabulous service, professional and friendly, thank you so much Mark, greatly appreciated x
